Xu Kai lay on the bed on his side with his head in the palm of his hand watching Cheng Xiao sleeping. Cheng Xiao opened her eyes and met Xu Kai's own, memories of the previous night came flooding in and a blush creeped up to her cheek.
Cheng Xiao moved to pull the blanket tighter avoiding his gaze.
"Why are you hiding?" He asked.
"I have seen everything last night." Xu Kai said pulling the blanket away.
"Xu Kai!" Cheng Xiao said with a blush.
"You are finally mine." He said and leaned down and kissed her, he pulled the blanket over their head.
Shen Mu and Su Li entered the room Cheng Xiao shared with Xu Kai; they found Cheng Xiao sitting on the sofa rubbing her waist. As they approached her, they both held a teasing grin on the faces. Cheng Xiao took one look at them and knew exactly what was coming. She had been the one to tease them when they couldn't walk but her, she could not even move, even thought she was rubbing her waist, the movement itself was painful.
"So!" Su Li said dragging the word.
"So, you and him now..." Shen Mu teased.
"Don't tease, I feel like I am dying. My whole body is in pain." Cheng Xiao complained.
"That good huh?" Su Li teased.
"I am sorry that I ever teased you." Cheng Xiao apologized.
"Never mind that. Are you okay?" Shen Mu asked.
"I still can't someone was vicious enough to drug you." Su Li added.
"Tell me about it, I had never been so scared. If Xu Kai hadn't come at the time he did, I don't know what would have happened to me." Cheng Xiao said.
"He was really panicking when you didn't return in five minutes." Shen Mu said.
"I heard that they guy that tried to harm was arrested." Su Li said.
"Yes, Xu Kai went over to the station." Cheng Xiao explained.
"He had to be taken to the hospital first; your husband nearly killed him." Su Li said with a laugh.
