Chu Feng dodged some attacks and blocked others. After ten minutes, his body was full of wounds, some of his bones were broken, and he was bleeding from his seven orifices. He began to feel that if this continued, he would die.
So he prepared to escape. The Imperial Ancestor noticed this, blocked his path, and threw his sword at him. The sword pierced into Chu Feng's chest.
Even so, the Imperial Ancestor fell from the sky after his energy was exhausted. Chu Feng paid him no attention and fled toward the mountains, bleeding heavily as he struggled to fly. He arrived at a cave inhabited by animals, filled with filth and bones. He entered, took a large rock, and sealed the entrance. Then he began coughing up blood, and his hair started turning white due to using the technique that consumed his lifespan in exchange for power. Chu Feng did not care. He pulled the sword out of his chest with difficulty, then took out his own sword and looked at it.
It was full of cracks from continuous fighting. He made his sword devour the Imperial Ancestor's sword, and it began repairing most of the cracks, but it did not fully regain its strength.
After that, Chu Feng sat down and began practicing the Demonic Body Technique to recover his energy and stabilize it.

After an hour, he arrived and found the sect destroyed. Skeletons covered the ground beneath him, and there were many craters. He was surprised by the intensity of the battle.
Then he looked at a trail of blood leading toward a mountain and followed it until he reached a cave blocked by large stones.
He shattered them with a single strike without using any energy, as he had fully refined his body using the Jade Body Refining Technique.
Chu Feng sensed this and placed his hand on his sword, ready for anything. He saw someone enter, but his features were unclear. As he got closer, it turned out to be Qing Li. Chu Feng's blood began to boil with hatred. "You bastard Qing Li, how did you get here?" He did not rush forward and managed to restrain himself.
Qing Li looked at him with a mocking smile and did not respond, stepping closer. Chu Feng drew his sword, ready to strike.
Qing Li drew his sword and said, "Chu Feng, what are your last words?" Chu Feng replied, "Damn you!" and attacked Qing Li. Even though Chu Feng was in the Void Refinement stage, Qing Li was able to block the attack because Chu Feng was not at full strength due to his injuries. Qing Li then launched several attacks and began gaining the upper hand, but it did not last.
Chu Feng used his sword energy to increase his strength and began gaining the advantage. He broke Qing Li's sword and wounded his left arm. If not for his jade-like bones, his arm would have been cut off. Chu Feng forced Qing Li into a defensive position, pushing him back.
Qing Li said, "I didn't expect I would have to use this against an injured Son of Destiny." Then he used the Star Refining Technique and detonated one of the stars in his dantian, raising his cultivation to the peak of the Soul Transformation Realm.
Chu Feng felt this and instinctively began to step back in fear.
Qing Li regained his stance and launched attacks toward Chu Feng. He struck his right arm and cut it off. Chu Feng screamed, but Qing Li did not stop. He advanced and attacked again until Chu Feng fell to his knees.
