Hi, this gig is highly inspired by a Snezhnaya Preview Teaser - "Frozen Tundra Shrouded in Wind and Snow". This story is an Idea, an attempt to make a trailer proposal for upcoming Snezhnaya region. Or in other way a storytelling to tingle you imagination.
First idea come from old Cowboy Bebob anime opening "Tank!" that have only three lines at beginning. The lyrics are: "I think it's time we blow this scene. Get everybody and the stuff together. Okay, three, two, one, let's jam!"
Note: "Tank!" is the iconic, fast-paced opening theme for the anime Cowboy Bebop. Composed by Yoko Kanno and performed by her band, The Seatbelts, the track is a masterclass in jazz-funk. The stylish, silhouette-heavy animation is celebrated for its dynamic bebop rhythm and sharp, title-card text. The opening sequence perfectly mirrors the song's high-energy, 1960s spy-thriller aesthetic. [Google]

The story start with close camera look at the Director of Eleven Fatui Harbingers, Pierro the Jester, who gazing-frowns at some kind of problem. As the second line of lyrics end, he strictly glance forward to the camera showing a decision. During third line, there is a trio of screen flash as camera flipping between: #1 Capitano the Captain, #8 Signora the Fair Lady, and #3 Columbina the Damselette; one by one, during the "...three, two, one..." glance toward him. Then on the last part "...let's jam!"; he flick his fingers.
It leads into a montage of top Fatui members walking, one by one, approaching something, or some destination, gathering at certain place.
Then the giant disco ball descend from above and reflected colored lights. It light up the entire dance floor, of size that you found inside dedicated dance hall establishments.

As the montage scene switching between Fatui harbingers, everybody doing some cool dance floor moves. Like:
#1 [Seat number one] Capitano [the Black captain], utilizing his big body to start the crowd dancing in this house party. Like "Bye Bye Bye" by *NSYNC.
#2 Doctore the doctor [the Evil scientist]; grinning wildly while looking evil, he was throwing lasers from his fingers at sides; doing a Loca-loca dance (DBZ "Frieza dance" meme) from Fly Project - "Toca Toca".
#3 Columbina [the moon goddess], flying across the dance floor on roller skates, while doing tricks, poses and jumps, like if she was on skating Olympics or similar championship.
#4 Arlecchino The Knave [Father the orphanage director], doing a Macarena dance, vibing with positive energy.
#5 Pulcinella The Rooster [the mayor of Ice city], holding to his walking cane, he was doing a tap dancing with elegance of a gentlemen, proving that his advanced age not having an influence on his performance.
#6 Scaramouche The Balladeer [The hat guy], had been pro on break dance, showing his overflowing energy. He even do a bey-blade spin on his dance hat.
#7 Sandrone Marionete [the doll tsundere], was doing a Caramelldansen dance. [xD] Polonia the big bro robot was vibing with glow stick in his hands, like a spectator on Idol disco concert.
#8 Rosaline Signora [the rose moth], performed something like a solo tango or evil dance, full of opera level passion for refined love of a woman.
#9 Pantalone Regrator [the northern bank director], has been doing a smooth glide dancing.
#11 Tartaglia Childe [the reserve hero], with a guitar in his hands, do a musical performance. Hitting the last tone, he water slide on his knees across the stage, while making an (Praise me!) pose.
Director Pierro [The Jester], was doing some disco dance moves that let him to dominate the dance floor.

Then there is this slim/weak glance onto side corridor, (maybe a back stage entrance onto the stage?), where two silhouettes of Travelers siblings, standing in dark and only they glowy accessory shine with the Cryo elemental power. Clearly, this duo was waiting for they turn, preparing or ready, for they number on the stage.
Then on top down slit screen; on top half we have #4 Arlecchino and #8 Signora, who having a stand up talk show in front of microphone, doing a comedy sketch or something, clearly doing a comedy gig. But it was so bad, that on bottom half was audience of three suffering: Lyney the magic tricks performer had so stress out expression that his eyes and ears wanted to bleed. Lynette the assistant cat girl in magic shows, had been soul dead, pale in such degree that she was directly like white and black drawing on paper. And Freminet, the back stage support?; He had his metal deep dive helmet on his head. So nobody can tell if he heard anything.
Scene flip again and some of the Harbingers siting on round table, play a highly competitive card game of UNO.
#3 Columbina, #6 Scaramouche and #7 Sandrone; play hopscotch, a children jump and step game on drawn diagram.

As the song progress to its final trumpet lead, the team of twelve Harbingers (minus one); gather around a little staircase, decorated by red carpet, that rise few steps toward fancy doorway with thick stage curtain with the Cryo symbol on it. We can tell, that it as an entrance for the main star of the show the Cryo Archon, to enter the cabaret stage below. Like in those cabarets, the Harbingers are posing next to the stairs, some of them even knell on one knee. They all rise one hand in a gesture of offering a lady a dance. So when the star show up, and will descend the stairs step by step, she will reach out for a hand of a dancer, who will accompany her on parquet.
As the curtain start to rise, all harbingers around turn into colored silhouettes based on they (personality); so all attention of audience will be focused on Archon.
Then the freezing heavy cloud of cold air spill out from under rising curtain, falling down the stairs right onto the scene, followed by blinding light. Before the Archon silhouette can appear and show us how she look... The entire front camera screen/lance, froze like the corners of windows in deep winter. As the frost fill the entire screen and the ice crystals flowers thicken into wall of ice. We can see clearly that a distinctive Cryo symbol formed across the screen as a some kind of seal.
Then a reverse animation of entering the door to any domain, (closing the stone doors in front of us), close the scene of this (anime opening?); displaying a message: "Domain of a disco queen: Chill out!" Followed by handwritten message:
"Are you ready for this challenge?" from Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya von Tsaritsa.
The moment the song ends; the viewer, the audience; will realize, that the image on screen, turned into a party invitation ticket.

What is this place?
A party club? A bar? A cabaret? A dance hall? A rollerskating funky disco? Or a domain of a prankster? At this rate, every Archon is just an archetype for the people blessed by vision carrying they element. Then Tsaritsa just trolling the entire Teyvat.

"The Final Gift" Animated Short from official channel, really sparked the desire to post this chapter ahead of others of my creations stuck in waiting line. In the animation, there was some hints toward story I write, or though to write.
