The Qi Refining Realm is divided into nine layers, with the ninth layer being the peak, also known as the Realm of the Extraordinary.
Extraordinary, as the name suggests, obviously represents that one has reached the pinnacle of this level, just like that of Cang Kun and Blue Whale.
Green Snake Elder is the same, however, he is indeed at the peak of the Qi Refining Ninth Layer, while Cang Kun and Blue Whale are at the peak of the Second Level Late Stage Beast. Under the same realm, humans and the Demon Clan, undoubtedly the latter has greater combat power.
