Chapter 535 - Chapter 535 - Bana's Joy

It wasn't just Leyvi and Anda who were caught off guard by the sudden turn of events. The others near the mansion entrance were equally stunned, especially the maids.

They had, after all, been the ones who watched Tal and Tasya grow up day by day. In many ways, they had been more present in their lives than even Leyvi and Anda. Over all those years, they had never once seen Tasya truly angry at Tal like this. Her past outbursts were always half-playful, exaggerated for attention, little storms that passed as quickly as they came.

But this time was different. This time, it was real.

"Should we go after them?" Sayu asked as she stepped closer to Leyvi, concern written plainly across her face. The other maids gathered nearby, sharing the same unease.

Leyvi shook his head. "No need. They're adults now. They can sort this out themselves. It's their matter to resolve." His tone was calm, grounded, as if placing quiet trust in the two who had just flown off.

"That's right," Anda added. "This kind of drama only happens because they care about each other."

She let out a small sigh, almost theatrical. "When they make up, maybe Tasya will finally use all those bedroom techniques I taught her when she turned twenty. Honestly, I still can't believe nothing has happened between them after nearly six years."

Leyvi almost stumbled. That is what you have been teaching her? Don't you think it is still early for them?

Anda smiled mischievously. "What, husband? Do you think it is still early for them? We did it for the first time when we were 20 as well. Did you forget already?"

"That is a different circumstance," Leyvi argued, recalling the past memories. "We had an unusual, life-changing happy occasion. Unlike mortals, cultivators do not have to rush this thing."

If not for the Talent Bead, he would probably not have had the confidence to marry Anda back then. He had been afraid he would not be able to give her a good life. At that time, he could barely obtain enough resources to cultivate.

"Aaah… I somewhat miss my husband who was clumsy and inexperienced," Anda recited dramatically.

"When he could not go on anymore, but with my delicate care and touches, it stood tall and proud once more. Then I defeated it again and again. I used to enjoy claiming victory after victory. Alas… those times are long gone. He gained more and more experience and eventually awakened as a sex fiend. The tables have turned. Now I am under his mercy every single time. When will I be able to claim my victory again…?"

Leyvi rolled his eyes. Who are you calling a sex fiend? You are the sex fiend. If I cannot satisfy you, you would not let me leave the room and keep feeding me Vigorous Pills to keep me going for days. I have no choice but to become much better so I can finish it quicker.

The maids grew curious upon hearing this, so they asked Anda for more details about how Leyvi used to perform in bed.

After all, by the time they became his women, Leyvi was already known as the Conqueror of Ladies, the Man Who Sent Women To Heaven, and the Godly Husband Who Satisfies His Wives. They had never seen Leyvi defeated in bed.

Anda naturally had no problem telling some old stories. She was even quite detailed about it.

Leyvi could only shake his head speechlessly. He did not know what was so interesting about those stories that made them keep giggling. And how did the subject suddenly change from Tal and Tasya to him?

He then went to greet his father-in-law, Bana, who had also returned with Tal and Tasya. Bana had witnessed the previous scene from a distance.

Bana expressed how happy and relieved he was to hear that Leyvi and the others had returned safely from the Mystic Realm expedition.

When Leyvi mentioned Hana's pregnancy, Bana immediately became emotional. Tears welled up in his eyes and began to fall. In the past, he had never imagined he would have the chance to become a grandfather one day, and now it was actually happening.

Tal and Tasya had always called him Grandpa Bana because of his old age, but now he would truly become a grandpa. He could not hold back his happiness.

He had often wondered what kind of incredible luck his daughter possessed to marry someone like Leyvi. He knew he might sound pessimistic, but he had always believed Hana had no real qualifications to win the heart of a man of Leyvi's caliber.

And yet here she was, carrying a child for this man who would surely become a prominent figure known across the continent one day. This was truly her great fortune.

Bana himself had been plagued by misfortune for most of his life. After many hard years, he had finally saved enough money to retire and start a family. But misfortune struck once again. The woman he had cared for and hoped to spend his old age with abandoned both him and newborn Hana. She took all their savings and left behind a mountain of debts in his name.

The situation had been so despairing that he had even considered ending his own life. But little Hana, who remained cheerful and bright even as a baby, was the one thing that kept him going.

So he came out of retirement and joined the workforce at the Treasure Pavilion. He worked hard to raise Hana while slowly paying off the debts that he knew he could never fully clear in his lifetime.

He was truly glad that he had never given up. Because one day, life had suddenly turned around for the better. All the resentment and pain from the past simply vanished. Now he could look forward to the future once again with hope.

"Babababa!" Bana laughed heartily and pulled Leyvi into a tight, joyful hug.

After the warmth of that moment settled, Bana cleared his throat and mentioned something else.

"Lady Coryl has been asking about you," he said. "She's currently staying at Kitty Hotel. She said she'd like to meet you after the wedding."

Leyvi blinked, momentarily caught off guard.

Coryl… right.

He had almost forgotten. The coral polyp who had taken human form, the one they had spent some time with before. Months ago, Layla had mentioned that Coryl came to Bara City looking for him, and later she even joined Tasya during her cooking tours while he was away.

Without moving from his spot, Leyvi quietly extended his spiritual sense toward the city center, searching for the hotel Bana had mentioned.

It didn't take long to find her.

At the balcony on the top floor, a figure stood overlooking the city below, still and composed like a piece of art placed against the horizon. Even though this was the first time he had truly seen her in this form, Leyvi recognized her instantly.

Her aesthetic was unmistakable.

Her dress flowed with soft, intricate patterns that resembled coral structures, yet moved like silk in the wind. The colors shifted subtly, layered in a way that felt both natural and surreal, like something shaped by the ocean itself rather than human hands. Even her shoes and accessories followed the same theme, refined yet otherworldly.

If coral could take human shape, this would be it. A perfect personification.

Leyvi watched her quietly for a moment, curiosity stirring.

Why does she want to meet me so much…?

She had lived in one place for thousands of years, yet she chose to leave all that behind just to find him. That alone was enough to raise questions.

Then a more awkward thought surfaced, one he didn't quite know what to do with.

She wouldn't be… interested in me, right?

Even if she now appeared human, her essence was still that of a demonic beast. The gap between species felt like an invisible wall, tall and difficult to ignore.

Can something like that even work?

Leyvi suddenly chuckled when he noticed a familiar person walking up beside her. It was Cora, the man he had met at Reefworld Lagoon. He had a good impression of this guy. Who would have thought that he loved coral so much that he would devote his entire life to serving her?

Cora no longer looked ragged. Instead, he appeared like a proper butler attending to his young lady, both in his neat outfit and polite mannerisms.

Leyvi couldn't help but smile faintly.

Some people really do find their purpose in the most unexpected ways.

"My sensor is reacting. Are you talking about a woman? Who is it?" Anda suddenly came over and asked.

Leyvi rolled his eyes. Of course she would notice right away.

Bana let out a soft chuckle and quietly left Leyvi and Anda alone, heading off to celebrate with his daughter.

"It's Coryl," Leyvi replied. "She wants to meet me after the wedding."

"Ohhh! A steamy affair right after the wedding!" Anda looked very excited. "Will Big Sis Rina have a showdown with Big Sis Coryl?"

"What nonsense are you saying, Madam Panda?" Leyvi pinched her cheek playfully.

"Hehehe. Husband, when a beautiful lady comes to you voluntarily wanting to be your wife, how can you refuse?" Anda teased.

"She is a demonic beast, you know," Leyvi pointed out.

"So what? I am a panda. You are fine with me," Anda argued back.

Leyvi's mouth twitched. This girl…

Hmm?

Suddenly, Leyvi received a mental message from Senior Lapin.

His expression turned serious.

"Anda, time to act," he said. "That Holy Son has left Medicine Valley."
