"Its over, Vilgax!"
No Watch Ben shouted toward the giant warlord, who simply looked amused by his words rather than intimidated. Instead of showing even the slightest hint of concern, Vilgax merely smirked as he stared down at the young Tennyson.
"What are you going to do about it, Tennyson? You don't have the experience with the Omnitrix."
Vilgax said as he advanced toward Ben. No Watch Ben instinctively stepped backward, his hand already resting on the Omnitrix dial, ready to transform at a moment's notice. Before he could do anything, however, Vilgax suddenly raised both of his massive hands high into the air before slamming them down onto the ground with tremendous force. The impact created a powerful earthquake that shook the battlefield, knocking No Watch Ben off his feet.
"Admit it, Tennyson. It's over, and you have lost."
"It's not over until I say it's over, Vilgax... because it's Hero Time!"
He shouted as he slammed down on the Omnitrix dial. A brilliant green flash immediately engulfed his body, forcing everyone nearby to shield their eyes. As the light slowly faded away, Vilgax's eyes widened in complete disbelief when he saw that Ben had transformed into Clockwork.
"A Chronosapien!? NO!"
"And that's not even the end of it, Vilgax."
Clockwork immediately reached up and rotated the large key on top of his head. Before Vilgax could react or even attempt to stop him, Clockwork fired a massive green beam high into the sky. The beam expanded into an enormous barrier that spread across the entire planet, surrounding it in a glowing dome of temporal energy. Using the full power of his Chronosapien abilities, Clockwork began reversing the damage caused by the Chronosapien Time Bomb itself, manipulating the very flow of time as the destruction was steadily undone.
Soon, the effects of the Chronosapien Time Bomb were completely reversed. Every Ben variant that had been erased by the bomb slowly began returning as though they had never disappeared in the first place. Ben 23, Benzarro, Mad Ben, Dark Ben, Eon, Ben 10,000, Albedo—everyone returned to the battlefield.
The resurrected variants looked around in complete confusion, trying to understand what had just happened. Even Ben 10,000 seemed surprised by the sudden turn of events, although it didn't take him very long to figure out what must have happened. A small smile crossed his face as he guessed that No Watch Ben had managed to reverse the Time Bomb's effects.
Moments later, another portal opened high above the battlefield. A large blue rift tore through the sky as Gwen, riding on top of Dialga, emerged from within it completely unharmed. Unlike every other Ben variant present, neither she nor the older Ben had been affected by the Chronosapien Time Bomb in the slightest.
As soon as Dialga landed, Gwen quickly climbed off his back. The legendary Ben immediately de-transformed back into his human form before turning his attention toward Albedo. Without wasting a single second, he calmly walked straight toward him.
Meanwhile, Albedo looked like someone who had just woken up from an incredibly painful headache. He slowly rubbed his forehead while trying to regain his bearings.
"Ach... what happened?"
Before Albedo could react any further, the older Ben suddenly grabbed him by the wrist—the one wearing the Ultimatrix—and effortlessly lifted him into the air.
"Hey! Let go of me!"
Albedo struggled desperately to free himself, kicking and twisting in every direction as he tried to escape the older Ben's grip. No matter how hard he fought, however, he couldn't break free.
"Not so fast, you little twerp."
The older Ben calmly looked down at the Ultimatrix before raising his own wrist.
"Monotrix... override his technology."
"W-what!?"
That was all Albedo managed to say before the older Ben's strange golden watch suddenly began moving. The Monotrix rippled across his wrist before transforming into a mass of black-and-gold metallic goo. It quickly stretched toward Albedo's Ultimatrix before attaching itself directly onto the device.
"T-That's not a normal Omnitrix! That's a—"
"It's a Galvanic Mechamorph, better known as Upgrade. When I created the Monotrix, I literally used Upgrade's DNA to build this watch. When I returned the Omnitrix to Azmuth, I already knew I wouldn't have Gray Matter or Upgrade anymore to help me, so I designed the Monotrix itself to simulate a Galvanic Mechamorph."
Albedo's eyes widened in horror as the black-and-gold metallic substance completely covered the Ultimatrix. Within seconds, the Monotrix began absorbing the device while simultaneously dismantling it piece by piece. Wires, circuits, and mechanical components were carefully taken apart one after another as Albedo desperately struggled in panic.
"Please! Don't do this! Let me go! You have no idea what you're doing!"
"You're right."
The older Ben looked him directly in the eyes.
"But my Monotrix knows exactly what it is doing right now."
The Monotrix continued dismantling the Ultimatrix while simultaneously copying its essential functions. More specifically, it copied the Ultimatrix's Ultimate Evolution feature. Once the process was complete, the Monotrix flowed back onto the older Ben's wrist, returning to its normal appearance as the completely dismantled Ultimatrix fell apart and dropped uselessly onto the ground below.
"No..."
Albedo stared at the destroyed remains of his life's work in complete disbelief.
"Do you have any idea what you've done!?"
"I don't care, Albedo."
The older Ben's voice remained cold and unwavering.
"You would've used those powers for your own selfish goals and wouldn't have cared who you hurt in the process. This is a deserved punishment."
Albedo looked as though he was about to cry.
"No! No! I won't accept this! You'll pay for what you've done!"
Before Albedo could do anything else, No Watch Ben, still in his Clockwork form, raised one arm and fired a green temporal beam toward both Albedo and the older Ben. The beam engulfed them before opening separate dimensional portals beneath their feet, sending each of them back to their own respective realities.
A few moments later, Clockwork de-transformed, returning No Watch Ben to normal. He looked toward Professor Paradox with a slightly uncertain expression.
"Did... did they..."
"They were sent back to the horrible realities they came from."
Professor Paradox answered calmly.
No Watch Ben quietly nodded, accepting the explanation. Before he could say anything else, a furious roar echoed across the battlefield.
"TENNYSONS!!!"
Vilgax's enraged voice thundered across the battlefield as every eye turned toward the giant conqueror once more.
No Watch Ben looked toward Prime Ben before taking the Omnitrix off his wrist. Without hesitating, he tossed it toward him. Prime Ben easily caught the Omnitrix in one hand before quickly fastening it back onto his wrist. Just like that, he was ready for action once again.
"IT'S HERO TIME!"
The moment those words left his mouth, every Ben transformed at once. Ben 23 became Shockquatch, Gwen 10 transformed into Cannonbolt, Ben 10,000 became Atomix X, Prime Ben transformed into Diamondhead, and finally, Legendary Ben transformed into a bipedal blue dog-like creature.
This was Lucario.
"RAAHHH!!"
Vilgax charged toward the Bens like a raging bull, roaring as he closed the distance between them. Prime Ben didn't hesitate either. As Diamondhead, he rushed forward to meet the warlord head-on. The instant the two collided, Diamondhead drove a powerful punch straight into Vilgax's face, sending the giant conqueror flying backward through the air.
Before Vilgax could even recover, Cannonbolt curled into a ball and slammed into him at full speed, the tremendous impact knocking him even farther back. Immediately afterward, Lucario appeared beside the warlord with incredible speed before unleashing a Bone Rush, striking Vilgax over and over again within the span of only a few seconds. Blow after blow landed relentlessly, leaving the conqueror bruised and battered before he was even given the chance to fight back.
Shockquatch was next. Ben 23 raised both of his hands before releasing a powerful burst of electricity that surged through Vilgax's body, causing the warlord to roar in pain. At the same time, Atomix X calmly raised one hand and created several miniature black holes around Vilgax, their immense gravitational pull throwing off his balance and making it nearly impossible for him to regain control of his movements. As his body and tentacles were twisted.
After enduring the relentless assault from so many different Ben variants, Vilgax was left bruised, burned, and visibly exhausted. Realizing he couldn't overpower all of them at once, he turned around and attempted to escape. The Bens all exchanged knowing looks before simultaneously turning toward Shockquatch and Lucario.
They already knew exactly what to do.
Shockquatch rubbed his hands together, generating an enormous amount of electricity between them as arcs of lightning crackled wildly through the air. At the same time, Lucario brought both of his paws together, concentrating a brilliant blue Aura Sphere that rapidly grew larger and larger. Gwen, still in her Cannonbolt form, immediately understood the plan and curled herself into a tight ball.
The Aura Sphere and Shockquatch's electricity combined to supercharge Cannonbolt's momentum, surrounding her in a brilliant aura of blue energy and crackling lightning. With a powerful launch, she shot forward like a rocket toward the fleeing Vilgax.
At the very same moment, Diamondhead slammed both of his hands into the ground. Massive crystal pillars erupted from beneath Cannonbolt, forming an enormous elevated platform that launched her even higher into the air and directly toward Vilgax's escape path.
BHAM!
It was a direct hit.
The tremendous impact sent Vilgax flying completely out of Los Soledad, hurtling uncontrollably across the landscape.
Diamondhead turned toward Atomix X without saying a word, silently leaving him the honor of finishing the attack.
Atomix X simply nodded.
In an instant, he vanished from where he stood.
The very next second, he reappeared directly in Vilgax's flight path. The giant warlord barely had enough time to widen his eyes before Atomix X casually flicked him with two fingers as though he were nothing more than an annoying mosquito.
The force behind the flick was overwhelming.
Vilgax was launched thousands of feet into the air as his scream echoed across the battlefield.
"AHHHHH!!!"
BOOM!
He came crashing back down onto the rocky ground of Los Soledad with enough force to leave a massive crater beneath him. Dust and debris exploded in every direction, but despite the devastating impact, Vilgax was still conscious—although only barely.
The other Bens all looked toward No Watch Ben.
It was his victory.
He deserved the final blow.
Understanding what they wanted, No Watch Ben nodded before breaking into a sprint. He ran straight toward the battered conqueror without slowing down. As soon as he reached him, he planted one foot firmly on the ground before delivering a powerful kick straight into Vilgax's face.
BHAM!
Vilgax's head snapped backward from the impact before his enormous body collapsed onto the ground.
This time...
He didn't get back up.
The battle was finally over.
Before No Watch Ben even had time to process what had happened, Gwen tackled him into a hug, quickly followed by Ben 23, who nearly knocked both of them over.
"We did it!" Ben 23 shouted excitedly.
Prime Ben laughed before walking over and wrapping one arm around No Watch Ben's shoulders.
"Told you you'd make a great hero."
A few moments later, Ben 10,000 joined the group, placing an arm around the shoulders of the younger Bens. Legendary Ben simply walked over with both hands resting casually inside his pockets, smiling quietly as he looked at everyone gathered together.
"Good job, everyone."
Ben 10,000 looked around at all the assembled variants before speaking again.
"I'll take the job of getting everyone back to their home dimensions."
Before anyone else could respond, Professor Paradox stepped forward with his usual smile.
"Allow me to do the honor."
He raised his cane slightly, and a large blue portal immediately opened behind him.
One by one, the Ben variants began making their way toward it. Ben 23 eagerly ran ahead, while Legendary Ben calmly followed behind him at his usual pace. Gwen 10 and Prime Ben, however, stayed behind for just a little longer.
Gwen walked over to No Watch Ben before wrapping him in one final hug.
"You are not bad..."
She smiled mischievously.
"...for a duffus."
No Watch Ben laughed.
"Smell you later, Gwen."
She rolled her eyes before smiling back.
"You really are a dork."
Finally letting go, Gwen turned around and started running toward the portal.
"BEN, WAIT!"
Legendary Ben stopped walking and looked back just in time for Gwen to throw her arms around him in another hug. Clearly surprised by the sudden gesture, he hesitated for only a brief moment before gently returning the hug.
After they separated, Gwen smiled warmly.
"Thanks for saving my life."
Legendary Ben simply smiled back.
"It's all right."
With that, the two of them stepped through Professor Paradox's portal together. Before disappearing completely, they both turned around one last time and waved goodbye to Prime Ben and No Watch Ben.
A few seconds later, the portal slowly closed.
Just like that, another multiversal crisis had been averted.
But the story of the Legendary Ben Tennyson...
...wasn't over yet.

Ok a short chapter compared to the last one and we got to see the end of Ben 10 war arc and now we can focus on Building legendary Ben's back story. Here is the thing Legendary bens Overall back story from the moment he got the Omnitrix to Secrets of the Omnitrix Movie is pretty much the same but just without Grandpa Max and Gwen.
The Legendary ben back story would start from when he completed his Monotrix which was after secrets of the Omnitrix Movie when he returned the Omnitrix and started to use the Monotrix instead. Story would heavily focus on Bens journey as a person, emotional journey and him mastering the full potential of Monotrix things would heavily divert from the cannon.
