Chapter 835 - CH818 Domination???

Varkath asked, "Why are you blocking my way?"

"You know why." Celestia said as she held her Natal Artifact, a sword with golden flames running along its blade, "You chose to be the enemy of the Great Aetherium. By the Lord's oracle, I'll kill you here."

"Insanity—"

"In the Illusory Universe, I have killed many peak Supreme Gods like you." Her voice was entirely level, "You're just another one."

She swung and the divine sword's might shattered the surrounding space across the void. Varkath raised his hammers on instinct, and felt, through the contact, that she could actually do what she said.

'It is a massive loss.' He thought, and committed to the fight.

Back in the sealed battlefield, Malakar and Skarion faced the reality of their situation. Late-stage Supreme Gods, both of them. Alive for hundreds of thousands of years. Their natal artifacts, high-level Supreme God Tier artifacts, good, although not top-level but still good enough for them. The problem was their armors: low-level Supreme God Tier Artifacts.

Haru stood opposite them, armed with a top-level scepter and an intermediate-level Armor, backed by the legendary Space-Time Law and a hundred-plus sources of Divine Laws.

They'd hit an iron plate. A well-equipped, carefully prepared iron plate that had been waiting for them specifically.

"How do we do this?" Malakar looked at Skarion.

Skarion gripped his spear, "What else is there? We kill our way through. Take him down and victory is still ours."

Malakar gritted his teeth. Then together, they charged.

Haru's Space-Time Law collided against Malakar's Destruction Law and Skarion's Slaughter Law, the most direct form of combat possible between Supreme Gods. No technique, no subtlety, just raw clash of their Divine Power and whoever was stronger would grind the other down until something broke.

Malakar and Skarion were supplementing their Divine Power with divine spells of their Laws, trying to close the gap. It wasn't working. Spell enhancement couldn't bridge the distance between the combat power at late-stage and peak of Supreme God Tier, not without God Monarch Tier spells, which neither of them possessed.

Every collision shook their Seas of Origin and scattered their Divine Power. Haru didn't need to worry about anything. With nearly two hundred sources feeding his 'Sea of Origin', backed by the Scepter's massive output, the Evil Gods' attacks couldn't match his attack at all.

Malakar said through gritted teeth, "Even when the two of us joined forces we 'still' can't beat him."

He hadn't thought Haru was this strong. If he'd known, he never would have moved against the Great Aetherium. Not that it mattered now. The battlefield was sealed. There was nowhere to run.

Skarion said nothing. He was quieter than Malakar under pressure, spending his focus on managing his Sea of Origin rather than processing the situation. Haru had noticed: Skarion's sea was taking less damage per collision than Malakar's. He was rationing carefully, letting Malakar absorb the worst of each exchange, conserving himself for when Malakar finally broke.

"That's your plan?" Haru said, "Let Malakar take the hits and hope I tire out?"

Skarion's expression didn't change, but something shifted in his eyes.

"Oh, are you waiting for Varkath?" Haru said, "He's not coming."

The panic that crossed Skarion's face was brief and quickly suppressed, "What did you do?"

"When we deal with him, we'll find it out."

Malakar had heard enough. He raised the sword and slashed directly at Haru, the kind of attack that would obliterate any watching God in the surrounding areas from sheer spillover alone.

Haru waved the Scepter and sent him flying. The sword and everything behind it couldn't even get close to him. The Destruction Law that Malakar unleashed was either annihilated against Haru's defense or was swallowed into his Sea of Origin.

"You thought that you could pick off my empire, the Beast God Pantheon and the Nature Pantheon while Elunara was in retreat, right?" Haru watched Malakar tumble through broken space, "As it turns out, in my eyes, you were always the prey."

He kept swinging. Eighty million points of Divine Power output from the Scepter, plus his own fifty million, a hundred and thirty million units of Divine Power per strike. It was enough to suppress a peak Supreme God with no Supreme God Tier gear. Since both the Ancient Evil Gods were wearing low-level armor, the arithmetic was not in their favor.

Each collision shattered space across millions of kilometers. Nearby celestial bodies caught in the edges of the exchange simply ceased to exist. The Space-Time seal was the only reason the destruction didn't propagate outward and obliterate the spectating Gods, a fact none of them appeared to appreciate sufficiently.

Malakar's and Skarion's Seas of Origin heaved with every hit. The Divine Power dipping of destruction and slaughter scattered outward, some annihilated, the rest absorbed directly into Haru's Sea of Origin. His attributeless Godhead contained everything. Their seas shrank with every clash while his sea only grew.

_____________

T/N: Some explanations so this chapter doesn't feel super weird for people who might've forgotten some things. A God's 'Sea of Origin' is their reservoir of Divine Power. It is similar to the gas tank in a car which stores the fuel called Divine Power.

When attacking, Gods take their Divine Power from there, add their Divine Law to it from their Godhead, and fire it towards their opponents. Now since Haru has an attribute-less Godhead, he can simply absorb any extra Divine Power spilling from Malakar and Skarion's attacks into his own Sea of Origin.
