[Ability tiers-
Magic is a tier SSS-tier ability for its potential but very few can raise it to its full level.
Kryptonian is an SS-tier ability for its potential.
Weather manipulation S-tier, if you can reach full mastery,
Wolverine-type regeneration would be an example of an A-tier ability
Lazer Vision would be a B-tier Ability
Standard Super Soldier's physique would be a C-class Ability
D class is abilities that wouldn't qualify as a superpower, such as an acute sense of smell or slightly better memory.
Mastery levels-
Novice- For magical subjects, novices would be first and second-year students at a magical school.
Beginner- would be the third, fourth, and fifth-year students at a magical school.
Journeyman- would be sixth and seventh-year students at a magical school.
Advanced- The common wizard adult. About half of the Wizarding Adults reach this rank and just stop.
Master-About a quarter of wizards can get one or more masteries in their life. If you are a diligent wizard, even with a lack of skill, you will reach this rank by the end of your life.
Grandmaster- Uncommon, but at least a few people every year reach this rank. If you are a diligent wizard and have substantial talent and have multiple masteries, you will most likely reach this rank by the end of your life.
Legend- Rare maybe a dozen every century, those that either push a discipline past the grandmaster rank or master several disciplines into the grandmaster rank, Dumbledore, Scamander(magizoology legend), Nicolas Flamel (Alechemy Legend), Grindelwald, Voldemort, etc.)
Mythical- the power level of the 12 Original Veritas council members, with Merlin resting at its peak)]
