Qin Mu went upstairs, Mu Yichen was washing his hands in the bathroom, she stood at the bathroom door: "Dad said you seemed absent-minded today, are you okay?"
She couldn't see anything wrong with him, except for the unhappiness.
Mu Yichen started shaving, looking at his woman in the mirror: "Hm!"
Just that faint sound, he was incredibly focused on shaving.
It was as if he hadn't heard her mention being absent-minded, looking completely indifferent.
Qin Mu listened to his simple response and didn't know what to ask next, so she remained silent, watched for a while, and sighed helplessly in her heart. She didn't know what he was thinking, and yet she did, but she couldn't comfort him; she turned around before he finished shaving.
"Except for worrying that his wife might leave him!"
Who knew that she had just turned around when another flat voice suddenly came from behind.
Calling it flat seemed a bit off, it was like a forced calm amidst frustration.
"Where could I go?"
