After offering a brief comfort to Fredri in the white dress and answering her questions, Leon squinted and gazed at the increasingly close "endpoint" in the distance, then asked:
"Fredrika..."
"Huh?"
"What?"
"Uh...Black one, I'm talking about the black one."
Under Fredri's watchful gaze, Leon continued:
"What situation are we in now? Have we returned to the original history, before they called you back? Does that mean we've already changed history?"
"I don't know."
Fredri in the black robe shook her head:
"History is also a record on the timeline, but in the lives of root races, the concept of 'time' doesn't exist; there's only the flow and exchange on the 'material' level.
For instance, in their view, a human's life is not growing and aging but gradually absorbing or losing material through constant contact and exchange with the world.
