However, it was just a cursory inspection, and no contracts were signed.
Previously, Yang Xiaoyun had mentioned that initially, they would sign about a fifth of the cooperation contracts. Then, they would wait for Bai Xiaosheng and the others to secure the transportation contracts to resolve transportation issues before signing the rest, to avoid insufficient transport capacity that would hinder cooperation.
This was quite reasonable.
