"Aren't you hot?"
Adding more firewood to the fire, Mo Shangjun glanced at her speechlessly.
Though it had rained, it was summer, the hottest time of the year, with the humid and muggy air inexplicably annoying.
Yet Ding Jing was still moving closer to the campfire.
Ding Jing raised her chin, "I'm happy."
Mo Shangjun said, "Take off your clothes and dry them."
"...Oh." Ding Jing obediently complied.
Once they had a fire, everything became manageable.
After successfully lighting the first campfire, Mo Shangjun started two more and, working with Ding Jing, set up a few racks by the campfire specifically for drying clothes.
Fo Zhe was in charge of collecting firewood, focusing on the half-dry wood hidden underneath, gathering quite a bit in no time.
All three took off their jackets, each watching over a fire to dry their clothes, to feel somewhat refreshed.
