[KIYOMI]
It was routine for her now.
Waking up. Heading to the hospital.
Working through her shift. Going home to an empty apartment.
The constants had remained the same, even the doctors from Yena who had blended in among Odanera staff so quietly like Kiyomi wouldn't notice.
She didn't have to think hard to know who had sent them, especially given the fact that these doctors had fought on the battlefields beside Kiyomi.
And Kiyomi was thankful for the space.
Because it meant that Sakura understood she needed time alone. That she needed to find some answers on her own.
Maybe it was too much to ask, but Kiyomi hadn't exactly asked, had she?
Even then, she kept steady. Faithful to her routine.
On days and nights when she didn't have a shift waiting for her, Kiyomi didn't walk herself to the hospital like she always did.
