Ruan Qi grabbed the joystick and gave the director a quick demo.
After watching, the director's eyes lit up on the spot.
"How many seedlings can this thing plant in one go?"
Ruan Qi: "Not that many. Generally, the spacing between seedlings is about 10–12 centimeters. My transplanter is less than a meter long, so it can plant around seven or eight rows at a time. But it's got wheels, so it's really fast."
With manual transplanting, it takes several seconds just to plant one spot. But with this transplanter, you can plant seven or eight spots in just a few seconds.
More importantly, it saves effort.
The transplanter has wheels underneath, so the person operating it just needs to push it along; they don't even have to bend their back. It massively reduces everyone's physical strain.
[This thing looks so handy. It can plant seven or eight rows at once; one mu of land will be done in no time!]
