"Previously, you said something to me that seemed loaded with meaning, and I was perplexed at the time about why you'd say that, but now it's clear. Looks like you recognized my identity long ago."
"If you really wanted to deal with me, you could have informed Avidan Hartman of my identity on Immortal Gathering Island. Why wait until now to mention it?"
"Besides, I'm treating you to food and drinks. Wouldn't it be a bit awkward to attack me at that moment?"
Nerisse Blaine was amused by Carson Flores's last sentence. "You're absolutely right. Since I'm only bringing it up now, it means I have no intention of making you my enemy. After all, you're my savior. If I were to attack you, wouldn't that be ungrateful?"
