Theo thought for a moment and said, "After my mother passed away, I've been living here. Although these Crystal Scorpions aren't of the same race as me and I don't really communicate with them, having them around makes me feel a little less lonely..."
Carson understood immediately upon hearing this.
After Theo's mother died, it lived here alone, naturally feeling very lonely. With these Crystal Scorpions living in the Abyss alongside it, it felt less isolated.
Even without communication, in its heart, it had already regarded them as friends, a kind of emotional support.

Carson chuckled wryly, "If we don't kill them, others might not spare them either..."
