"Hey Big S," Kai looked at Shikaku and said, "how come she has to live with us and not in the Anbu prison?"
Shikaku sighed and looked at him, "As the Hokage said, the only people who will know that she exists, atleast for sometime, are you, me, Shikamaru, Yoshino, Kakashi, Jiraiya and the Hokage himself. Not even the Anbu are to know of her existence, that's the reason why every Anbu guard which would usually cover the path to our compound and at the Hokage office was cleared."
"What about the other lady behind Lord Third?" Kai asked.
"She was sealed." Shikamaru said, hands in his pockets, "Recorders like her have seals, that stop them from talking about whatever the seal placer wants, if they try, they die. So don't count her as a person, even trying to write it down or leave it in any sort of riddle would kill her."
"How cruel..." Aelira said, walking steadily infront of us.
"You would've been turned into a lab rat if we didn't take such measures." Shikamaru said, firmly, fixing his glare at Aelira's back.
"Easy does it lads." Shikaku said, "We'll be talking alot at home anyway, so save your energy." He grumbled, "I hope she gets along with your mother, or I doubt we will have any peace for the coming months."
"And... Here we are." Kai said, looking at the nearing frontgate of the clan Head's residence.
"That woman inside.... She must be your mother." Aelira said, focusing her chakra around, looking for nearby people and signals. "Interesting.... There is large amounts of Natural Chakra present here.... And the other chakra, it's..... powerful."
"That's the Lord First's chakra you are sensing, he is the strongest human there ever was, he was also capable of harnessing natural chakra, but probably not as easily as you, still, it wasn't much of an upgrade from his own powerful one. He defeated the second strongest human in history, Madara Uchiha, and the Nine Tails in a two on one when Madara used his Genjutsu to control the Nine Tails and used it to attack Konoha." Kai said.
"I already know that all, it was all written in one of the books I read." Aelira said.
Kai paused and grumbled, "All right, smarty pants. Just thought I'd tell you incase you didn't know."
"Well, atleast she can read properly, makes things easier for us." Shikaku said and walked through the front gate and towards the house.
They all walked towards the house and stood infront of the door as Shikaku knocked on the door, "Yoshino, I am back with the kids!"
And instantly, the door flung open, after a surge of chakra.
There she was, standing there, Yoshino.
Looking at Kai and Shikamaru.
Clap! Clap!
Two loud resounding slaps were heard throughout the compound.
"Ouch." Shikaku said, while walking into the house, getting Aelira in as well.
"You god damned imbeciles! You know how worried you had me?!" Yoshino yelled, slapping Kai and Shikamaru once again.
Shikamaru held his cheek in pain and shouted, "The fuck did I do?!"
Shikaku's eyes widened inside the house, hearing Shikamaru's words, "Oh no, young man, you just made a big mistake....." He grumbled under his breath.
Yoshino's eyes narrowed and turned dark as he glared at Shikamaru, "Where did you learn those words! How dare you use profanities in my house!" She looked ready to kill Shikamaru.
"He taught me!" He said and immediately at Kai.
"Wha- What! No! He is lying!" Kai immediately said, flailing his arms infront of himself.
Slap! Slap!
"Enough from the lot of you two! You two are gonna cut the grass and wash the pavement right now! Get to it! All the tools are in the shed!" Yoshino said after slapping both Kai and Shikamaru thoroughly, "Get to it before I change my mind!"
"Yes, Mam!" Kai and Shikamaru both yelled in unison before sprinting towards the shed.
"Bloody rascals!" Yoshino said, before sighing and turning around and walking into the house.
Shikaku sighed looking outside and then looked at Aelira, "Prepare yourself for a thorough questioning. And, don't lie, she'll know it if you lie, and that'll set her off. Trust me, you don't wanna set her off." He said.
Aelira slightly nodded, looking at the approaching Yoshino.
"So... You are the young lady I've been hearing about." Yoshino, sitting down infront of Aelira.
"So... Let's introduce ourselves....." Yoshino said, eyeing Aelira up and down, "My name's Yoshino, I am Shikaku's wife, and the mother of Shikamaru and Kai, and a former jōnin, i decide what goes and what doesn't in this house."
"It's... Nice to meet you, Ms. Yoshino." Aelira said slowly, gulping, "My name's Aelira, Aelira Velkyn. I.... am the last of my nearly extinct clan."
"Aelira... Huh." Yoshino said with a scrutinizing look, "I was worried when Kakashi came and said that he brought a strange girl capable of manipulating natural chakra who Kai and Shikamaru had captured and needed Shikaku to come with him..... You said you were the last of your blood-" she said and looked at Yoshino, "Go on. Explain it thoroughly to me."
