A species of dragons with a plethora of abilities:
Fire breathing, Flight, Immense instincts on the level of pre-cognition, Acute hearing, and many more.
All of these are enviable traits for the average man, after all, who doesn't like the idea of dragons?
But if there was one ability that stood out, it was its ability to manipulate electricity.
Now, the manipulation of such an element already puts someone on a high level, especially since lightning, which is a higher form of electric output, is especially destructive.
But what happens when a controlled output of electricity meets the special scales of a Night Fury?
Well, this level of manipulation of electricity is simply another path into activating another one of its many powers...….

I was slowly losing all hope that I would escape until finally-
Shepulled back and put one of her fingers in her ear, lightly pressing it; a sound of static noise, much like the sound coming from a walkie-talkie, was coming out of it, my ears catching every wave of it.

"Report," she said
"No sign of the target? Same as everyone?" She asks
"Negative Captain"
She stood where she was for a few seconds while tapping one foot in an impatient manner..
"Very well, all units, retreat to base", She orders them, ending it with a deep sigh.
'Ah, such are the words I longed to hear', I thought, a tear threatening to escape.
Her glass-like wings opened, and she flew to the skies
*Fwooossh*
As soon as the sound of her flying could no longer be heard, I dropped down from my hiding place, my body immediately melted to the ground like a liquid, a tear finally burst out, running along my face
"I lived....sniff....I fucking lived, hehehaha"
The sounds of ugly crying laughter flowed through the forest that night, luckily for the source, no one was there to hear it.

Such a waste. This whole incident was definitely caused by the newborn Alpha Candidate, usually we were tasked with killing them, but this is an exceptional case;
It was an Intelligent Alpha Candidate, an intelligence level on par with Titanus Kong or the other Top-tier Alpha Titans.
It would've been such a major asset to Japan if I hadn't spooked it into disappearing, ugh, I can already feel the blabbering of those geezers.
An Intelligent Kaiju is an incredibly great source of a natural safety barrier for Japan because we can form an amicable relationship with them to just do their own thing, except for making a mess with our land, and them simply existing causes a high amount of danger to be abated, especially with the dangers wrought by the world outside of Japan.
And now I've lost something that could've been potentially groomed into becoming a true Vassal Kaiju for the country, aside from Kaiju No.8, who probably has not chosen a Vessel, considering he has not returned nor has been sighted for over 80 years.

I arrived at the camp and dismissed the soldiers to take a well-deserved rest for the night, aside from a small number who were left behind during our pursuit to guard the rest of the workers, because while the domain is 99% effective at keeping away danger, simply looking the part of actually guarding them is also reassuring for the workers.
I removed myself from my Kaiju No. 4 battlesuit, the battlesuit opened itself to let me out, and I immediately crashed into my bed.
*Pomf*
'Haaaa~ I'm so tired' I rolled myself over to look at the ceiling of my tent
My eyes kept wandering around my room before landing on a walkie-talkie.
'I wonder if they're both still awake?' Having made up my mind, I raised myself from my bed, grabbed the walkie-talkie and pressed the device to call for them.

[MC/Alan/Night Fury POV]
I finally arrived at my cave after taking the long route to get here since I basically only had to fly upwards after I am literally at the bottom of the cliff I lived in.
Although if I'm being truthful, it was honestly a nice walk in the park, I basically had zero run-ins with another predator or prey which was most definitely due to the fear and panic domain that the Shinomiya girl put up earlier.
"Haaa~" I let out a breath I've been holding on to the entire journey, walking and flying here.
I placed the pillow on the floor and lay on top of it. It was a rather large pillow for my siz,e so it was enough to act as a soft mattress.
My legs and other lower body parts felt embraced by the soft foam of the pillow. I sank into its softness, but carefully not to accidentally poke it open with my claws.
After all the events tonight, I realised that it was enough for the day, so I closed my eyes, and this time, voluntarily went to sleep.
The black dragon had finally slept peacefully
