Aksai looked at the Devil's Den surrounding Emerald Cove Island.
The formation was still functioning at full capacity.
In fact, with three of its four major targets gone, the pressure on the formation had decreased considerably.
The Demon Tree had more freedom to manipulate the formation, and the Demon Vines no longer needed to divide their attention between multiple battlefields.
The various killing mechanisms of the Devil's Den could now be concentrated almost entirely on Varesh.
This was exactly what Aksai wanted.
'Now I can finally make full use of the formation.'
His eyes became sharp.
The Devil's Den was at its peak.
And so was he.
At least, that was how he intended to enter the final battle.
Aksai took a slow breath.
He looked around the fog-covered island one last time. He was about to fly toward Varesh's location when a certain spectral prompt flashed before his vision.
A familiar voice followed.
