As the mature big brother among the kids, Little Bo really had the air of an older brother. After Little Pet was weaned, he took on the big responsibility of looking after her.
Because Little Pet was still so small, the nanny slept with her in the nursery.
So the first thing he did every morning after getting up was: look for Little Pet!
And the very last thing he did before going to sleep every night was: give Little Pet a goodnight kiss.
And the original little shadow, Little Bo, started to fall out of favor.
Big brother was busy every day playing dolls with Little Pet and didn't have time to build blocks with him anymore.
So the usual scene was: Little Bo all alone in a corner, quietly stacking blocks by himself.
Little Bo would be over there holding a doll, coaxing Little Pet.
Little Pet was still little and couldn't eat on her own yet, so technically she didn't need to be at the table. But because the adults doted on her, they wanted to be able to see her all the time.
