The King of the Night was upright at the sight of his former adversary leaving him in a daze. The eyes were white with no irises, just pure white, hot fiery eyeballs staring into his soul, if even he had one.
The Night King stared at the creature in front of him. She had an ever-burning crown of red-hot flames as well as her flaming hair, adorned with a white royal dragon attire, and had flames around her biceps. The swords she usually carried were nowhere to be seen, probably hidden in the pocket collective, a tiny dimension personalized to all who could access such magics. The only person capable of making Uleen feel like a regular person was she who stood before him; not even the other Origins could provide such solace to him.
"Virgo, why so quiet?" A smile appeared across her face as she spoke so freely, the once-tempered goddess of the sun and summer. Only close friends knew why she became so temperamental, swearing it had nothing to do with the disappearance of Uleen Virgo from Wuxia, but it definitely was. Just no one dared to utter it; the consequences would be a very hot one.
"Suzaku...", the Night King finally spoke, "how have you been?"
"Suzaku...", she repeated, "Virgo, is that all you have to say to me?"
Suzaku rushed at the Night, the flames on her biceps seemingly growing and rushing down to her palms as she made a fist, readying to punch the Slayer of the Vestr.
"Wait", the King spoke as a hot fist charged at his face. "Not the face, Suzie", quickly side-stepping to get out of her way, she kept on going, unable to stop.
"If that was my face, Suzie..." Uleen Virgo turned to watch as Suzaku managed to stop herself from charging as she examined him as if she expected a counterattack.
Her face was glowing from a cherry red blush. "Shut up," she muttered after a few minutes of utter silence before charging again at the Night King.
The Night King stayed still with his face in a puzzled and confused daze
"Uleen, you left... Just shut up"
*Boom*
A punch connected through to the muscled chest of the Night King with no sign of Uleen Virgo trying to defend against the attack. Her right fist stayed on the rock-hard pecs of the Slayer with no sign of letting go, and with Uleen Virgo's lack of reaction, it could be seen as a normal occurrence between the two adversaries.
"Suzie, you know why I left..."
"To Hades with that accursed curse of yours Uleen..." she remarked as the flames around her intensified, causing Uleen to move her fist out of his chest into the palm of his hand.
Her flames intensified, burning his palms, but no permanent damage or scars were present, just smoke and a light sizzling from the contacting hot flames.
"Suzie, I had no choice, and you know it. Just hug me and let this moment last between us; it has been so long, my love." The red eyes of the Night King glowed in acknowledgement and pleasure.
The flames around Suzaku's fist retracted back to her biceps as she reached in and hugged her former lover. Suzaku lost control, and the flames on her arms spread across her entire body, burning everything as it was hotter than ever.
Everything, including the attire of the King of the Night as well as her attire, was sent scurrying to ash and dust that descended slowly in an almost romantic fashion.
The flames kept increasing to the point Uleen had to retract and take a massive leap back
"Suza... die it down" Uleen complained
"Don't be such a baby, you know you can take it"
Suzaku rushed at Uleen so hard that they both lost their footing on space-time as they plummeted naked into the mud below. This time, there was no regaining footing
*Splash*
The flames on Suzaku were self-extinguished to the point that it was but a tiny point on her biceps and the hair, even the crown seemed to vanish into thin air
Both lovers fell into the dirt below and were sullied
"Look what you've done Uleen", she said as she laughed maniacally
"You're the one who rushed at me, Suzaku," said the Night King in a nonchalant fashion
"Take a joke, loser." Suzaku retorted, and she reached for the dirt and threw it at the Night King, but before it could connect, an invisible force sent it back flying to her
"Dirt looks good on you, Suzie," Uleen Virgo stated, causing both couples to burst out laughing in that moment of pure bliss. The Night King stared straight into the white eyes of the sun goddess, and all his worries vanished; all he could do was freeze.
"You're a sight for sore eyes, Suzie", the Night King mustered, leaving Suzaku red all over, reigniting flames across her biceps, though the crown did not return
"How smooth, Virgo", she said as she punched Uleen hard enough to hear a thud as she reached in to plant her face into the bare chest of her lover
"Suzie, was that supposed to be a romantic punch, you brutish thing? " Uleen said as he laughed more.
Suzaku said nothing but instead pressed into Uleen tighter before pulling away to meet his gaze
"I missed you, Virgo", she said as she stared deep into the red eyes of the King, waiting for his response.
"I know..." Uleen paused, "I really am sorry for leaving you," saying this as his eyes locked onto Suzaku's white, glowing eyes. There was a moment of silence, almost like the other was waiting for one another to make the first move, but no one did.
Suzaku lost.
Unable to hold back her emotions, she reached into the kiss the King receiving a reciprocated kiss in return.
The wings on the back of Suzaku that were absent all along sprouted, and the flames on her hand covered her entire being, engulfing the Night King in the process.
Uleen Virgo did not stop but instead went in for more, causing Suzaku's flame to rise to a critical height as it kept growing in size. The temperature was not too far behind; her flames burnt too hot, and the entirety of Hilderia began to melt. Luckily, Uleen quickly recast the magic field covering Aghar once more.
Uleen, still engulfed in the lips of his lover, could feel the radioactivity burn away from the might of the sun dragon herself.
The light of her flames was the light that illuminated Uleen's Night. Uleen had once told Suzaku this; these words were burnt into her mind
Slowly, the flames formed a big round construct that slowly ascended into the heavens, as it reached a terminal height the construct exploded into millions of tiny flaming seedlings that gently descended onto the dirt across all of Aghar.
As these seedlings reached the dirt, they vanished into nothingness as Aghar started to shake and tremble from magical disturbance.
"You didn't, Suzie", the Night King pulled away excitedly
"Yes, I did, Virgo", pulling the Night King back into a deep kiss
Uleen pulled Suzaku into a hug holding tight before letting go of his hold on space and time taking them into the air.
Uleen used his magic to restore both of their attire and clean the dirt on him as well as his lover as they both ascended high up Aghar.
The trembling stopped and trees and light shot from the dirt.
Red flaming roses, Purple orchids, Lantent blue squash, olive dandelions, as well as other sacred flowers began to spread across Aghar. The radiation was now gone
Suzaku pulled away from Uleen to look him in the eyes as they both levitated at a very high altitude, waiting for his adoration for her breathing life into his former home.
Uleen was speechless
"I thank you, my lovely queen, Suzaku", Suzaku said sarcastically, breaking the awkward silence.
"Thank you..." Uleen said, "Really... I thank you" Uleen finally spoke
Suzaku looked at Uleen's blue-black attire but kept silent, not saying a word as if expecting Uleen Virgo to guess what her thoughts were.
"What is it?" Uleen said as he tugged his attire "Do you like?"
"It's not that Uleen"
"Then what is it, Suzie?"
"Your attire..."
"Just say it, what about my attire?"
"You won't be needing it"
"Oh, really...."
Suzaku instantaneously conjured flames that engulfed both their attires into dust, then nothingness.
"And so, it was a former lover reuniting for a moment of intensity and love," Uleen said sarcastically as he pulled his lover into his arms
"Shut up..." She said before Uleen interrupted her with a kiss
"Shhhh," Uleen responded as he gradually dropped both of them down to the pastures of Aghar to continue what they had started.
