"Snatching women from the populace?" Yang Mingxuan frowned, "Is there any authority left?"
"Authority?" Pang Shaoqian laughed crazily, "Here, I am the authority." As he spoke, he waved his hand, "Take this beauty inside too."
Yang Mingxuan glanced at Yang Ruxin standing in the crowd nearby.
Yang Ruxin nodded at her; on the way here, Mark had already gathered information about the Pang family.
The County Magistrate of Quanzhou City bears the surname Pang, named Pang Zhong, who has a precious son named Pang Shaoqian, a local progeny. He often snatches women, but each time the matter ends without resolution.
The usual tactic is to bully people, then the bullied report it to the authorities. The Officials come out and take the people to the Governor's Office, where Young Master Pang directly deals with them.
The victims either endure silently or commit suicide while crying for justice.
