I feel like I'm getting closer and closer of just quitting and saying fuck you to the people at work. Last two weeks, this makes the start of the third has been turbo charged, we have an overflow of items and its screwing up the whole process and making things difficult (FOR ME).
Boss.. vacation, colleague... vacation, shift leader and colleague sick leave, another one half-sick leave. 60% of my team is gone and somehow I'm dealing with the bullshit. I have barely had any time to write at all. I'm going to punch someone if this continues.

'La~ La~ La~'
Luna was singing in her mind and humming to her song as she skipped in the corridors of Hogwarts.
She was in a great mood, she was put in Ravenclaw and already had friends in there. There were a few mean girls in her year. But many of them avoided her, Tracy had already warned all of Ravenclaw that Luna Lovegood is under Harry's protection.
And nobody wanted to mess with an insane boy who kills for fun.
So Luna was isolated, but she wasn't bullied. Tracy was there, after classes she plays with Astoria. The little hellion was eager to show off some spells. They spent hours playing with Lego Blocks. Luna even learned the spell and had a blast making a castle with a little moat.
Daphne came over and sometimes watched as they played with a small smile on her face. Hope was also nice she spoiled Luna a bit, and sometimes brushed her hair. Luna was a very lonely child, mostly due to her strange personality.
But Hope grew up with Harry, strange went out the window a long time ago. Luna was a perfect cute example of strange done right.
Luna stopped skipping as she saw Ginny walking towards her "Hey Ginny~" she gave her friend a bright smile
"Luna" Ginny practically growled. "Why are you so close to Harry?! Harry is mine!"
Luna just tilted her head in confusion. 'How can a person belong to someone?'
"We are friends." Luna just says happily "Daddy was right, I made a lot of friends at Hogwarts"
Ginny stomped her feet "You don't get to be friends with my Harry!"
"Why? Having more friends is better"
"Its not about friends! Harry is mine! I won't let anybody have him you hussy!"
Luna flinched back from Ginny's harsh tone. She didn't understand why Ginny was doing this, they have been friends since they were little kids.
Tears started forming in Luna's eyes, her oldest friend had abandoned her
"Are you listening to me?! Or are you really Loony in that head of yours?!"
"Depulso!"
A wave of magic blasts Ginny away, sending her flying into a wall.
"Don't mess with my friend!" Astoria yelled out, she had no idea what was going on, but she saw a girl yelling and scaring Luna. So she did what Harry told her to do 'shoot first and ask questions later'
She looked at Ginny with her hands on her hips. "Why don't you take someone your own size!"
"You are shorter than me!" Ginny glared at the little girl before raising her wand.
Astoria didn't hesitate, she started shooting those embarrassing pranks spells at Ginny.
Acne grew on her face, her hair went over her eyes and glued itself there blocking her sight, her front teeth grew so much that they rivaled those of a bever, her feet got stuck together before she was hung upside down.
"What is going on here!" Fitch arrives to see the scene, only to see the sorry sight of a little girl hanging upside down and Astoria pointing her wand at her
"Oops" Tori said with a sheepish look on her face 'Busted'
~ Potter Manor
Andromeda was in her workshop experimenting with potions. There were various tools and recopies scattered around on the desk. A hard cover notebook filled with scribbles and numbers. Many numbers and names were crossed out.
Liquids in the glass beakers were bubbling, several pots were on a low heat as ladles moved by themselves. Knives were cutting up magical ingredients. The windows were open and there was a fan along with runes that moved the fumes outside the workshop. It looked like a mix between a kitchen and a science lab.
This is the lab Harry personally built Andromeda with his understanding of modern requirements for potions.
Andy's position in the family was strange to her at first but she was very happy now. She didn't need to worry as much as she did before.
Wizarding society is difficult to deal with. Even after she left her Family and got a job. Things were not so easy. She was a Black, therefore she was different than the Progressives. She married a muggleborn so she is a blood traitor. She was not rich, therefor useless to the Neutrals.
She had no real allies and the pressure from her workplace wasn't helping. The only thing she had going for her was that she was good at her job. Healers were valued anywhere you went. But her passion was in potion making.
Wizards have been studying the same potions for decades even centuries. It was rare for a new potion to be invented. Mostly it was just improving on older recipes.
But things were different now. When Harry Potter became the Head of the House, she assumed he would be bossy and immediately move to take control. Well he was bossy but control wasn't his plan at all.
He had dumped a lot of the politics onto her hands and just gave her a lot of money and plenty of ingredients just saying 'Go do what you want. Just keep improving'
Potters Pots and the magical essence he extracted from Flux Grass it was revolutionary for Potion Making. Ordinary magical grass to aid the growth of plants that could save lives, but that was an ideal situation.
Most of the time the Pots were used to grow rare magical plants that could be sold for a lot of money or people growing plants in their homes so they don't have to spend a lot of money in the stores.
She had asked Harry is it possible to make potions out of extracted essence directly, and the boy replied that it was definitely possible, but doesn't do it. In some rare cases does he take a troublesome ingredient and extract the essence to save time. But he doesn't practice it.
It was an entirely new field and that would take time, they would also need to study the extraction timing and force for each magical ingredient. Harry didn't have time for so much boring and manual work.
And wizards weren't ready for that big of an improvement. These were the people that still used birds to deliver messages.
So she had decided she was going to do it. She was going to try and document the extraction process of each magical ingredient, both plant and animal and how they interact in their essence form.
It was a big task, one that would take a lot of time, trial and error and brutal failures. This would burn through a lot of ingredients.
Harry's reply when she told him her decision was also in his style "Good luck and keep me updated. I don't have time to help out but I can give you advice."
Andromeda watched as another ingredient burned to dust. The extraction was a failure. Then she felt the wards shake before they immediately settled. This happened a few more times, causing her to frown.
The wards were set to scan everyone, even Harry. He doesn't trust even himself. It usually settles right away once it recognizes Harry, but this many shakes means a lot of his clones were returning to the Manor.
'What is that boy up to now?' Andromeda made her way to the living room and saw a bunch of Harry's with a serious look on their faces.
'This is weird. We usually see two of them at most since every clone is off doing his own thing. But seeing this many of them is unsettling.' Andy kept a calm look as she walked in
"Harry" she greeted nobody in particular. The Harry's had a look of realization and smirked.
""""""" Hey Andy """""""
She was instantly shocked by the unexpected greeting causing all of them to laugh
~
'Ahhh, that was good fun' Harry chuckled inwardly as he then focused on the task at hand. All the clones kind of overlapped as they stepped forward towards the clone in the center. One by one they fused back together.
Harry notices a small boost in power, even after doing the Rite of Conquest. This was a boost of all of them fusing back into one.
'Nice, if each clone keeps training and progressing like this, it's going to be great when we fuse back together again. Since I will have so many parts of myself that are separated, each one can continue researching and training in various things. Those will add up when we fuse again.'
Harry starts walking towards a special room he has been building. A ritual room inside the manor. The real deal not that shabby thing he had in Melinda's house. Potter Manor already had a ritual room. It was old school and did improve upon the rituals a little bit.
~ Ritual Room.
Rituals are a strange branch of magic. By its nature it was esoteric, most rituals were based on equivalent exchange. You sacrifice something to gain something. But there were also other kinds, cleansing rituals for example, a prayer to a god to use some of their authority to ward off evil inside a house.
The location is also important when doing a ritual. If someone were to do a ritual that increases their affinity to fire inside a forest, worst yet a magical forest, it would have devastating consequences. Nature itself will interfere with the ritual.
The best case scenario would be immediate death. In the middle would be getting infected with an incurable despise and having a painful death. The worst case scenario would be being turned into some kind of nature monster to guard the forest from invaders.
The Potter ritual room was isolated from the rest of the manor. Quite literally.
The safest way to preform a ritual was in a place with absence of magic. The potters had bought a large amount of stone that repels magic. But at the end of the day they were wizards, the stone they got was not strong enough.
The solution? Place another layer of stone above the ones they got and enchanted it with with a certain spell. Something that everybody uses but they don't realize its true nature.
What spell repels magic?
The most basic shield spell, the Protego. The spell came into existence with the desires of wizards to protect themselves from Spells. To protect themselves from Magic.
Anti-Magic.
It was a paradox. It was a spell powered by magic, yet it rejected magic. The Potters wrote in their journals that they had discovered this when they were thinking of methods to finish the ritual room. It worked and they didn't bother with it further.
Harry had been improving it based on modern ritual knowledge and now with Salazar's Legacy involving some unknown tips for strengthening the ritual. And thanks to Fawkes, he has an unlimited amount of Phoenix Ash, Tears and Feathers. Which was a significant boost for this particular Ritual.
The Ritual Harry was doing was one he had been planning for many years. Using the basilisk parts and Venom on himself.
The Venom Ritual would give him immunity to poisons on the level of the strongest Venom or poison used in it. Thousand year Basilisk Venom is up there in terms of lethality.
Then there was the ritual with the eyes and flesh of the Basilisk.
Harry planned on doing that one first, he theorized that it would help to have a better compatibility with the eyes. It would be a shame if he got some nerfed version of the Basilisk's Gaze.
He stood in the room naked as the day he was born. Any additional items could interfere with the ritual. He took off all of his enchanted clothes and jewelry. Even the earing that he always wore 24/7. The container for the souls of his fallen enemies.
There was a large magic circle drawn on the floor from Phoenix Ash. On the walls there were symbols drawn in basilisk blood. Harry placed the ingredients in an exact order. The Venom which was the main part of the ritual for its immunity, on the opposite side on the left he placed Phoenix Tears but it was only a few drops and a single Phoenix Feather on the right side. It was there to help him withstand the venom more easily and counteract any negative effects.
He placed the Basilisk's heart, a large part of its flesh and some of its bones on their spots, each were at the end of the circle and formed a triangle. The shape formed a six-pointed star.
This became a Jewish symbol in Prague in the 14th century but has ancient roots, the six pointed star was used in alchemy and esoteric arts, it represents balance, unity, and protection across various paths.
Triangles and cubes were often used in rituals. Depending on the amount of materials needed. The more ingredients the more complex the shape needed to be to stabilize it.
Harry stood in the center of the magic circle. He took a deep breath
'Let's do this'
