Prologue

???'s

The sight of the Kanto Elite Four to Red was an act of betrayal from one I had heard about on TV back home. Red was the champion here in Kanto, yet he was later treated as a pawn they believed to be dispensable. I felt so angry; a righteous fury flared through my eyes.

My current Pokémon lineup:

Lucario

Snivy

Litleo

Lycanroc (midnight form)

And so, I snapped and brought up Lucario to the scene. Lucario had been standing around me the whole time. It was my first Pokémon back when it was a Riolu. In Salaz, it was a rarity, but I was quite lucky to have one. "Lucario, use Aura Sphere!" I roared.

Oh, by the way, I am Ignatius Cseh, from Salaz's fishing town of Kaban, and a recent finalist in the Salaz League I just got defeated to the young current champion Rizal Provost. It was a fair match for us back then. I had dark green hair and light purple eyes. My clothes when in a journey is very unique: a blue and black shirt with an outer sky-blue cape that had high collars, a pair of black light and soft pants, and a pair of black and blue sneakers with shoelaces. But now, in this situation, I wore my second spare: an attire of Team Plasma (the one that looked like from a military set). It was gifted to me by an ex-member who became a neighbor in my hometown after moving from Unova to start over. The logo of Team Plasma had been ripped off from it, and I was free to personalize it however I liked it. I haven't decided on the design yet, so it was empty.

Now, back to this situation, I was confronting the "so-called" Kanto Elite Four who were going to dispose Red by freezing in a block of ice and leave him there. Lucario struck the ice hard, causing disorder among the four traitors and their Pokémon.

"What the heck?" one of them, Bruno, coughed up some dust.

We stepped in, and I put on the signature grey mouth mask of the ex-Team Plasma grunt attire; its boots clattered echoes of sound here in the caverns. "You guys are so hypocritical…" I hissed while my gaze was locked at them coldly. "You guys declared yourselves to the mighty Elite Four yet act like villains going to pawn Red-kun to this place."

I then commanded Lucario to keep on breaking the ice that bound Red as I brought out the rest of my team. Snivy, Litleo, and Lycanroc came out of their Poké Balls looking ready for a battle. By the looks of them as the Elite Four, Bruno, Agatha, Lance, and Lorelei were bewildered by the unfamiliarity of my Pokémon team. "Heh, never been outside of Kanto/Orange Islands, right?" I smirked at them for a few moments.
