"Eat slowly." Sheng Sheng took a napkin and wiped the corner of her mouth, "Be careful not to choke."
"Milk."
Sheng Sheng handed the milk to her mouth. Maimai took a gulp and then buried herself in her dinner again. She was really starving, having skipped both lunch and dinner. She wasn't sure if it was because she was hungry that it tasted so good, or if Sheng Sheng's cooking was just genuinely delicious, but she devoured everything on the plate like a whirlwind.
"Still hungry?"
"Burp..." Maimai let out a burp and shook her head, "I'm full."
Sheng Sheng smiled without saying anything, intending to take her upstairs to rest. Maimai wasn't sleepy and insisted on staying in the living room to watch TV with Hua Hua. Sheng Sheng stayed with her for a while but left slightly disappointed as he found no opportunity to coax her back to the room for some cuddling.
