After thinking long and hard, Arthur still failed to come up with a challenge he could win against his no-good grandson.
He didn't stand a chance in a duel of brute force. Thirteen might be younger than him, but his strength already surpassed what was humanely possible in the worlds of Solterra, and Pangea.
Even if he tried to settle this by choosing a sports game, he had witnessed first-hand Zion's uncanny ability to calculate moves that would secure his win.
For the same reason, any kind of game, whether virtual or real, was also out of the question.
Written exam was also not an option. Zion was incredibly smart—probably the smartest person in Pangea and Solterra. Beating him in a written exam was like a baby trying to fight a university student in math.
In the end, Arthur thought that he would only stand a chance if the challenge that he would propose couldn't be won with skills, but luck.
