AIDEN'S POV
By the time Aiden got back to the pack house, his body felt tired.
He headed up in to the rooms and found his brother already waiting for him.
Bale was sitting on a makeshift wheelchair.
"Did you find the moonstone?" Bale asked excitedly.
Aiden would have expected that after their last encounter Bale wouldn't want to speak to him.
However it seemed that was all Bale wanted to.
"Good evening to you too." Aiden said taking off his ceremonial brooch and placing it on the table.
He undid the buttons of his shirt.
"Did you?" Bale pressed.
"No not really. Not yet." Aiden said casually. "I can't discuss such matters with you for now until I'm certain."
Bale snorted in disagreement.
"Who made that for you?" Aiden asked trying to change the topic to the chair.
"It was my friend Ruby." Bale replied.
Aiden's face fell.
That girl again.
"You should stay away from that girl." Aiden warned as he took off his shirt.
