Clovis spent quite a long time on his honeymoon, but he had considered everything, including the time required to reach Tier 9. After all, the main way for him to reach Tier 9 was through the food from Another World Mall.
The ingredients ignored his low absorption rate, which allowed him to progress quickly.
Still, the higher the level of the ingredients, the less it would give.
Then again, being able to acquire them safely and without any effort just made them precious.
He continued to progress even during his honeymoon, gradually approaching Tier 9. Of course, as soon as the honeymoon was over, he was ready to go back to the field, gathering the Tier 8 beast essence to get the additional push.
In the meantime, Hana was preparing for the one last auction before the battle.
They planned to gather all the forces to showcase their strength. It didn't need to be explicit. As long as people knew that they were ready, they would be more confident in the fight.
