Their journey towards the Inner Haven from the Outer Haven would last longer compared to the distance of the Outskirts to the Outer Haven. It can be said that the difference of distance is because of how large the Inner Haven's territories are compared to the Outer Haven. It is thrice larger than the whole Outer Haven and the Core Haven is the largest. It's five times larger than the Inner Haven's territories.
