On his skin, an emerald green square like pattern appears, though it didn't completely cover his whole body, most of his vital parts were covered with it making almost any kind of blade unable to penetrate it.
When Shan Du had awakened, his whole demeanor had changed. He now feels even more powerful. Unfortunately, this blood essence didn't awaken the Xuanwu bloodline in him and all he had inherited was its physique, so there is no possibility of him returning to ancestry and transforming into the Divine Beast.
