Gamer in Invincible. It's exactly what it sounds like.
Some guy dies on an operating table donating a liver and finds himself in the afterlife, sitting across from an entity who offers him a chance at a second life with some unique advantages.
The problem is, the universe is invincible, and even something as broken as the Gamer system might not be enough to win in time.
