"Isabella... please wait!".. Alex grabbed her...she pushed away and slapped him hard,his face turned
"You're disgusting. I hate you!"
She stopped walking and run instead.
Running towards the stable... ignoring the thousands greetings. Salvador saw tears dropping he knew something was up again. She dashed to the stable,grabbed a horse and rode off. Salvador and Derrick rode immediately, chasing after her. Hoping she's safe.
Isabella had no idea where's she was going...she kept on riding the horse until she stopped and screamed so loud to the trees
"Bastard!!" She screamed again with tears
"How dare you...how could you?" She
screamed... wailing in pain. Crying with each tear,she cursed
Salvador wished he could tear Alex limb from limb
Derrick wished he could take his eyes out and feed it to him for making his sister cry like that...
"If you know of a pool around here let's go!" She knew they were following her all this time. Giving her space yet watching her so closely.
With their backs turned, Isabella wanted to strip down..
But she feel it's too luxurious for someone in pain. She jumped inside with clothes on... hoping the water or at least cold would kill her.
She didn't leave until Derick saw her and pulled her out.
Gasping for breathe " I'm not going to die because of him! I just need to wash him off my back!"
She knew with those eyes they were worried....
"Sal... about that water fall in your home town...can we go see it some time?" She asked out of the blue
"Do you want to?" Salvador asked. He knew she's only saying it because she needed space. Once she's calm she won't bother
"Yes...let that bastard marry her and secure his throne. I'm out of here!"
"Let's explore the world!"...she suddenly laughed...so hard her stomach being to turn.
Then she stopped...the cold gaze rested again
Derrick was worried. He needed to get back at Alexander somewhere. Maybe he can ruin the alliance,cause a war to break forth and wipe them all out since it failed before!
They rode slowly back to the palace. She didn't go to the chambers but chose a quite villa near the stable to stay in.

Alex on the other hand didn't think twice...he locked the queen into the dungeons.
He didn't care if everyone found out which they did. The story tellers didn't waste time to spread it
Quietly it reached few nobles who are part of the council...then the entire council members.
They called for emergency meeting, but Alexander didn't show up. He claimed he was drugged and needed to rest.
It made the case more severe than it it.
Isabella didn't bother with work...she practiced archery and card playing with Derrick and Salvador...
The three of them were together, smiling and enjoying moments together without caring what was happening in the Palace.
"General... I've caught her!".....
"Good... accept the next council meeting!"
Days... turned into weeks... Isabella had truly reformed. Books on war... archery, swords practice.
Her short hair grew long. She had denied the council a chance to swindle with her mind. Yet Derrick thinks she should go but she didn't want to
"Let them clean their mess!"
She'll always say
The more she stayed with Derrick and Salvador,the more she feels they've known each other before. She begin to have different dreams of which she doesn't understand. And a particular face telling her she was made to be his wife

But Derrick knew better....the potion was working perfectly. Yet he feels awful for using their bonding time against her. It's actually for the best.

Rumors of the queen's alleged pregnancy was a matter of discussion. The council couldn't sit back and let the royal family be a house of game.
The disheveled look of the queen made them more angry!
"What did you do Alexander?"....one spat out. The queen gave a pathetic smile...
"I did what I did to a woman who tried to swindle me. It's so shameful to say she tried to rape me!"
The council gaps...they didn't expect it to be this way. Some didn't believe
"Impossible... it should be the other way around!" Another added.
Alex knew he was dealing with a bunch of fools who wouldn't think until they see something's for themselves
"Bring her in!"...they all wondered who was coming in again. It's Irene...the queen's head maid.
The queen didn't expect Irene to betray her anytime soon. She sent a subtle wink but she didn't realize this game was over for her
"My Lords... I'm Irene...the queen's head maid.".
"And what is your business here?"...
"To confess!"...
The queen blinked...confess what? Oh...what they discussed before
"The queen truly tired to assault the general!"
They froze at the revelation.
"That's not what I asked her to say!" The queen thought angrily
"What do mean by that?" I didn't do no such thing.!" She yelled.. forming tears " He grabbed me and forced me to his bed!"
This was what they wanted to believe...and getting that they paid more attention. This made the queen more happy
"I went to see him cornering Isabella. That I agree to their union on a condition that I train her before marriage. She only learned how to fight and take care of the people but not herself and a husband. And that I wanted a huge wedding for my girl.!
The council nodded, feeling sorry for her...
Alexander watched them like the fo they are
"He was drunk and did things I'm shameful of saying!"....She cried "And now I'm pregnant!"
Some council members walked to her, trying to make her sit
"If you do that,be prepared to leave this place without your titles!" The instantly let her fall back on her butt. Alexander was looking angry and he's a man of his word
"I thought the council are sensible,wise individuals for the throne. I just didn't know you're all bunch of fools my father set up!"
To say they didn't feel insulted was a lie
Alexander continued with a serious death glare
" I brought witness and you think I bought her words too. You'll listen to this lying witch rather than...!" He pinched the bridge of his nose. He felt there's serious need to let go of this fools
"I think I should revoke your titles and take the throne immediately. Waiting for fools like you have ruined my mood!"
They hurry to him " please don't... let's listen! We'll listen! But with a fair verdict!"
"Very well!" Alex smirked. He was on the verge of losing it
Irene went on with her story,and they were in disbelief. The queen had eyes for Alex before the king's death and she made a plot to get him
"And about the pregnancy, I've been feeding her purple leaves!"
The physician came up next...she didn't see a sight of pregnancy.
The queen was trembling. Though she had foresee this,she prepared physicians to help her with this part. She didn't expect Alexander to bring in someone that didn't like her
"Those purple leaves can create pregnancy symptoms but it's side effects is dangerous too . Like mild poisoning,lack of sleep among others!"
Turning to the queen with a grin... "You should stop...Nyx!"...
They were friends back in the day... but now... Celina can't stand the queen's sight. Because to her, she's a manipulating witch who would do anything to get what she wants.
"It's impossible... I'm pregnant!" She yelled... " She's lying! We have an history... that's why she's lying!"
The queen went blastic...
"What history?".... One of the council members asked
"An history of taking someone's else's lover!" Celina added... walking out like she's not concerned.

"Well... Alexander has been sleeping with Isabella right after the king died!" She spoke fast in one breathe for all to hear
Alexander knew she could say something stupid. He had thought about it...and was prepared to bear the punishment.

Murmurs and gaps... eyes turned to Alexander...
He didn't bother admitting it
"So... what's the verdict?"...
"So you slept with the princess! What if you're really her uncle?"
"I would still do it...! But since I'm not.... let's get the verdict!"
They couldn't believe their ears. He would still do it? That's a sacrilege! And the princess
"Where is the princess?" One asked
Alexander death glare faced the one that spoke " Leave her out of this! I forced her,she was vulnerable! I'll take all the punishment!"
"No... I told her...she said she'll do it again even if Alex is her uncle. You can't allow this!" The queen screamed
A deep sigh...
None of them want to make Alex their enemy, neither can they let this go
"Well....." They brought heads together... finally making a conclusion
