"Our quantum computing project has a total investment of 370 million. Besides the cash, we've also put in all kinds of resources worth about 300 million. Plus our R&D成果, if we bundle everything together, it should sell for around 1 billion!" General Li said.
There was no way Luofeng would agree to that price.
"Nine units of quantum computers doesn't mean much to me. My offer is 300 million for all of it," Luofeng said.
"That's way too low, our cash投入 alone is 370 million!"
"You're not wrong, but with this kind of investment, you and I both know how it works: if you succeed, you make ten times or a hundred times back, but if you fail, you eat the loss. You can't seriously expect to sell it for whatever you invested after it's failed, right?" Luofeng said bluntly.
General Li had nothing to refute.
"This price is really awkward, can you add a bit more?" General Li said.
