[AGUST]
That night, Agust stayed pacing on random bouts throughout the night, racking his brain on what to do.
So Hee had been right, and he knew it.
His brother had been acting a little too obsessively these past few years. And the knowledge of Jung Hyuk being spawned in his brother's game shifted every perspective Agust had of his brother.
Mate bonds were scared.
No one was supposed to mess with that. Not beyond the limits of rejection and acceptance. Not beyond the stakes of what happened in between.
Mates were not bargaining chips for people who wanted to have fun or play long games. Hell, that was something that even Agust. The mad king had respected the bond that was so committing.
And in that moment, Agust realized something that horrified him.
Everything he knew about his brother slowly started to morph into something dangerous. Something that the king couldn't stand the very idea of. And he wasn't even sure how to handle that.
Not at the moment.
