This was not excessive. It was prevention. Xplendi had a long history of turning forbidden things into better versions of themselves, and the old cinema's service boundary notes were already standing too straight for his liking.

"No certificate."
Director Chen looked genuinely confused. "We would not issue certificates for counter staff."
Yang Ruoqian had once believed that too. Experience had made him cautious.
He examined the folder himself. The first page listed forbidden behaviors: no guiding, no lecturing, no second-hall access, no school cooperation, no over-explaining. Excellent. The second page listed standard phrases. Acceptable. The third page listed common questions from students, parents, retirees, and old customers.
Not acceptable.
