Chapter 29 - The End

[I've added a Author's thought below! Check it out and let me all know what you think!]

○○●●○○

Odin slowly and casually swaggered toward the male Nidoran, his heavy boots crunching faintly against the glowing crystalline floor of the narrow cave section. The tiny purple creature's spikes flared immediately, its front paws digging into the dirt as it let out a sharp, territorial growl, trying desperately to shield its slightly trembling sister behind its body. Its defense mechanisms were dialed up to eleven, but Odin didn't give a single flying fuck. He walked forward with complete, unyielding confidence, entirely relying on his hidden Trump card: his Gold Rank Poison Affinity. According to the System's evaluation mechanics, he was the literal, ultimate Poison-type Pokémon whisperer in this world. Poison-types were biologically and instinctually wired to be naturally accepting of his presence, his aura, and his energy, meaning even the most rowdy, aggressive, and wild ones would inevitably bend to his frequency.

As Odin finally closed the distance and reached the small creature, the oppressive pressure bleeding off him suddenly softened. He dropped into a casual, low crouch, bringing himself down to the small Pokémon's exact eye level. He lazily stretched his bare hands forward, palms open and completely unthreatening, letting his fingers rest inches away from the male Nidoran's twitching nose.

"It's okay, little guy," Odin said softly, his voice dropping into a smooth, surprisingly gentle register that echoed off the neon-blue walls. "I'm not going to hurt you or your sister back there. Calm your spikes down little bro."

The male Nidoran stiffened, its sharp eyes staring suspiciously at his open palms. It sniffed the air, its nostrils flaring as it picked up Odin's unique scent. Slowly, hesitantly, the Male Nidoran began dropping his guard, if only just a tiny bit. He took one cautious, shuffling step forward, lowering his head, and gave Odin's fingers a quick, thorough sniff.

The exact second the Nidoran's nose brushed against Odin's skin, the creature felt it—a weird, profound, and instantaneous connection locking between the two of them. Odin's immense fate and his specialized Poison Affinity resonated violently with the Nidoran's biological core, sending a wave of absolute comfort through its veins. And that wasn't all. Deep within Odin's aura, the Nidoran picked up a faint, lingering residual trace of his father and mother's final will—the exact elemental imprint the dying monarchs had slammed into Odin's chest right before Ariana's squad blew them to hell.

The realization hit the small Pokémon like a physical shock. He no longer considered this tall human an enemy. His instincts told him, with absolute certainty, that his parents had deliberately guided this man straight to their hidden location, straight to him and his sister. This human was a friend. He was their protector.

But as soon as the Nidoran grew happy with sudden, overwhelming excitement, his mood immediately turned sour again. The dark, painful memories of the afternoon came rushing back into his tiny brain. He remembered the exact moment his mom and dad had frantically pushed him and his sister inside the hidden alcove near the riverbank of the upper sanctuary. He remembered their panicked, bleeding faces. He had never seen his powerful parents act that panicked, fearful, and utterly scared before; his dad and mom were the ultimate, undisputed royalties within Mt. Moon, and everyone feared them like a plague. But right after they were shoved into the dark, narrow pipe, he had heard his parents' painful, agonizing cries echo through the stone, followed by the terrifying, deafening sounds of a catastrophic explosion.

As the brother, the man of the house, and the future King, he knew he had to take absolute responsibility and protect his injured sister at all costs. He had guided her down further into the tight, claustrophobic alcove until they stumbled into this luminescent neon-glowing cave. Eventually, he had managed to hunt down a stray Finneon for them to eat, but due to his own careless, rushed mistake during the hunt, his sister had gotten injured even more in the process. After eating, he had scrambled to find this small, secluded corner to hide her away, until finally now, this human had tracked them down.

The heavy weight of reality settled into his chest, and he grew intensely worried. What had happened to his mom and dad? What happened to the king and queen? He immediately looked up at Odin, his large eyes shifting into a profoundly sad, pleading expression as he began crying out, desperately trying to get an answer in his unique language.

"Nido... nido... nido... Ran! Nido, ran!" the small creature cried, its voice cracking with raw, juvenile grief.

Although Odin couldn't understand a single syllable of the actual Pokémon language, his intuition allowed him to perfectly read the raw emotion and the tragic message the Nidoran was trying to convey. The kid was asking about his parents. He wanted to know if they were coming back.

Unfortunately, Odin had to share the brutal, devastating news.

Odin's expression grew instantly dark, completely devoid of any of his usual cocky smirks, sarcastic remarks, or arrogant young master acts. He looked entirely serious, his gaze dropping to meet the small Pokémon's eyes as he slowly shook his head from side to side.

"I'm sorry, little bro..." Odin said, his voice flat and heavy. "They are no longer with us. They're gone."

He slowly reached out, his hand moving gently to caress the top of the Nidoran's spiky head, smoothing down the sharp barbs. "Your parents... right before the end, they explicitly entrusted both of you to me and the lady standing right behind me. They chose us to find you."

Odin leaned in closer, his dark eyes locking onto the future king with absolute, unyielding intensity. "For the sake of your parents' legacy... let us adopt you. Under our care, I promise to make you so fucking strong that no one in this entire world will ever be able to bully you or your sister ever again. That is a blood promise."

But internally, deep inside the dark, unhinged layers of his mind, Odin was completely throwing himself a goddamn victory parade.

'Damn, what an absolute, masterclass performance! Seriously, if Angel were here right now, she would be shedding tears of absolute pride at this Oscar-worthy acting! FUCK!! I am so incredibly, naturally talented at manipulating emotions! No wonder the fucking bitches love me so damn much, hahahaha! I'm a literal fucking genius!' Odin thought to himself.

After hearing the devastating, final confirmation of his parents death from Odin, the small male Nidoran fell into a deep, heavy silence. His tiny shoulders slumped, filled with a sudden, burning shame at his own weakness. If he had been stronger, his parents wouldn't have had to die. If he had been stronger, his sister wouldn't be bleeding in a corner. A fierce, unhinged, and primal vow ignited deep within his royal bloodline—never again would he allow himself to be helpless. Never again would he lose another family member. NEVER FUCKING AGAIN!

"NIDOOOO!! NIDO NIDO!!" the male Nidoran roared at the ceiling, his tiny body trembling as his latent, potential, his latent energy flared to life, his spikes glowing with a sharp, toxic intensity.

"That's the fucking spirit, lil bro," Odin smirked, his regular arrogant attitude instantly returning as he patted the creature's back. "Come under my wing, and I will personally turn you into a King. A King so dominant, so strong, and so utterly ruthless that your father would be shouting with pride from the afterlife."

Odin then glanced back over his shoulder at Lucy, who had been standing completely silent, quietly observing Odin's Oscar-worthy emotional performance with wide, fascinated eyes. Odin didn't need to say a single word to her. While the two of them might bicker, argue, and insult each other 24/7, their criminal compatibility was off the charts—they were always 100% in perfect sync when it came down to business. No words were needed; Lucy understood her exact role in the play.

She turned around towards Geodude, offering the floating rock a polite, soft request to go through the bags he was carrying. "Hey, Geodude, let me grab something out of my pack real quick, alright?"

"Geo!" the rock butler rumbled responsively, floating steady as she unzipped her travel bag.

Lucy reached deep inside and grabbed two high-grade Super Potions, completely refusing to act stingy or worry about saving her resources. This was her golden opportunity to secure a literal Platinum-Potential royal Pokémon for her personal squad—a treasure that is worth millions of credits on the black market. Holding the spray bottles tightly, she began slowly, gently approaching the corner where the injured female Nidoran was cowering.

Before the protective male Nidoran could flare his spikes or misinterpret her movements, Odin quickly reached down, placing a reassuring hand in front of him and signaling that everything was completely fine.

"Don't be afraid, bro, she means well," Odin assured the small male, his voice calm. "She is only helping your sister out. Listen to me... from this exact moment on, we are your family. We will keep you safe, feed you the best shit, and watch you two grow into the truest Kings and Queens of Kanto."

With Odin's absolute reassurance filtering through his Poison Affinity, the male Nidoran relaxed his posture, allowing Lucy to approach his sister without a single interruption or defensive snap.

Lucy knelt down on the damp, luminescent earth of the cave, completely unbothered by her wet, tight uniform clinging to her skin. She slowly, tenderly cradled the small, trembling blue Nidoran in her arms, her movements incredibly soft as she began lightly spraying the high-potency Super Potion over the raw lacerations on the creature's hind leg.

At this exact moment, standing right behind her, Odin's eyes locked onto Lucy's profile—and his mind suffered a sudden, unexpected jolt. In his eyes, the fierce, loud-mouthed, and argumentative Elite Officer looked exactly like Angel right now. She looked just like how Angel used to act whenever she was tenderly cleaning or caring for Koffing back in the slum apartment or Diglett's cave.

Lucy was gently cradling the small Female Nidoran like a mother, her voice soft, her touches incredibly gentle and caring, with absolutely no trace of her usual fiery, sarcastic attitude left on her face. She was acting like a true mother right now.

Odin found himself strangely, intensely attracted to her in that moment. He stared at the smooth curve of her back, the way her loose scarlet hair fell over her shoulders, and the soft expression on her face, unable to pull his eyes away from her naked maternal energy.

What the fuck? Odin wondered to himself, his inner thoughts turning completely puzzled. Are motherly, caring women actually my hidden type? Is that my actual preference when it comes to girls? Do I secretly love this soft, maternal side of women? First Angel, and now this hoe... why the hell can't I take my eyes off her right now? She looks hot as fuck when she's being gentle.

The secluded cave section grew completely quiet, the heavy, suffocating atmosphere replaced by a deep sense of security. The only occasional sounds cutting through the azure glow were the steady, metallic hiss of Lucy spraying the Super Potion onto the small wounds, and the occasional, tender motherly talk she gave the creature as it leaned into her chest.

"It's going to be okay, little girl," Lucy whispered softly, her fingers gently smoothing down the blue ears of the Nidoran. "I'll take care of you from now on... you're perfectly safe with me. Shh... it's alright, the pain is going to go away in a second. I've got you."

The quiet moment went on for a while, the healing formula working instantly as the female Nidoran let out a soft, relieved sigh, her trembling body fully relaxing against Lucy's chest.

Off to the side, the loyal Geodude floated down, sitting his heavy, rocky body firmly onto the ground. He tapped the top of his smooth, rounded head with a rocky hand, comically indicating for Odin to take a seat on his favorite throne once again. Odin chuckled, casually sitting his weight down onto Geodude's head, cradling the male Nidoran tightly within his arms like a real boss.

Once Odin was comfortably seated, Geodude safely and carefully set the high-tech glass egg incubator right next to his rocky hip, keeping his eyes sharp to guard it. Then, the rock butler reached into Odin's open luxury large Pokébag on his other side, casually grabbed a handful of the leftover premium, frosted biscuits Angel had carefully baked, and began sharing them with his new little bro, the male Nidoran. He tossed a couple of biscuits up to Odin as well, letting out a satisfied, friendly rumble.

And so, the three bros—Odin, Geodude, and the future Royal King—sat comfortably together, casually chewing on the heavenly, delicious biscuits while Lucy remained kneeling in the neon glow, tenderly and lovingly taking care of the future Royal Queen.

○●○

The atmosphere was sickeningly peaceful. The glowing blue moss, the quiet crunching of biscuits, and Lucy's soft, maternal murmurs filled the hidden alcove.

Odin swallowed his biscuit, his eyes narrowing as he stared at Lucy's profile. His inner tsundere was practically screaming at him to break the sweet, emotional tension before he accidentally caught actual feelings.

"Hey, Lucy," Odin called out, his voice sharp, sarcastic, and dripping with his textbook cocky attitude. "Wrap it up over there, mother Teresa. If you keep staring at that thing with those big dopey eyes, I'm gonna start thinking you're trying to adopt me next. And trust me, sweetheart, you cannot afford my upkeep, nor can your tits handle my dietary restrictions."

Lucy stiffened, her tender expression instantly vanishing as a bright flush of embarrassment and fury rushed to her cheeks. She carefully set the now-resting female Nidoran down on a soft patch of moss and whipped her head around, her scarlet hair flying.

"You absolute, unmitigated jackass!" she hissed, her fiery persona slamming back into place full throttle. "I am trying to heal a possible Platinum-potential asset for my team, and you're sitting there on a rock, stuffing your face with cookies, spitting your toxic, narcissistic garbage! Can you not be a complete douchebag for literally five consecutive minutes?!"

Odin let out a loud, mocking laugh, thoroughly satisfied that he had successfully shattered the soft, romantic mood. "An asset? Is that what we're calling it? Please, you were looking at that Nidoran like you just gave birth to it. It was getting pathetic. I had to save you from drowning in your own estrogen, hoe."

Sensing Lucy's upcoming rage, Odin quickly covered the ears of Nidoran he wa holding.

"I was being gentle, you sociopathic prick!" Lucy snapped, standing up and stomping over to him, her hands on her voluptuous hips, her chest heaving with irritation. "Not everything has to be a masterclass in manipulation! Though I saw that little performance you gave the male one earlier. 'Come under my wing, and I will personally turn you into a King?." she mimicked in a deeply mocking tone. "Fucking Oscar-worthy, Odin. Truly. I almost shed a tear myself."

"Hey, the performance worked, didn't it?" Odin smirked, leaning back against Geodude and still keeping The male Niodrans ear covered. The little Nidoran barked happily, eating its biscuit, completely ignoring the humans' bickering. "The kid thinks I'm a messiah sent by his dead royalty parents. I'm a genius. I'm talented, I'm gorgeous, and the bitches—including you—obviously love it. Now, quit whining and pack the The female Nidoran into your Pokéball. I Still have a Moonstone mission to complete, and these Moon stones aren't gonna collect themselves."

Lucy glared at him, biting her lip as she tried to fight down the familiar, toxic thrill his dominant, arrogant banter always gave her. She hated how much she loved it when he took control, even when he was being an absolute asshole.

Odin also released his hands from the Male Nidoran's ears, and grabbed a cookie

"Fine," she muttered, reaching into her belt and pulled out a Great Ball. "But you're carrying the heavy gear on the way out, you lazy bastard."

"Yeah, yeah. Keep dreaming, bitch. That's what Geodude is for," Odin chuckled, tossing the last piece of his biscuit into his mouth.

Soon Lucy approached The Sleeping Female Nidoran, got into her stance, and her Great Ball with a hint of grace.

The Great Ball swung through the glowing blue light of the cave and tapped the female Nidoran right on its head. Swoop! The red energy swallowed the little creature whole, hitting the dirt with a sharp Click!—a critical catch right off the bat.

Lucy couldn't even begin to hide the massive wave of greedy fucking joy blasting through her chest. "Yaayyyy!" she screamed out, completely losing her professional elite officer composure.

Right there on the wet, muddy cavern floor, she broke out into a wild victory dance. It was supposed to be a cute, innocent celebration, but with a body like hers, it turned into something completely seductive and alluring. Her tight Team Rocket uniform was soaked through from ealier river water and now the cave moisture, clinging to her every single curve. Every time she moved her legs and stepped to the rhythm, her tiny waistline and curvaceous body twisted beautifully, causing her plump, juicy ass to jiggle and sway provocatively in the neon reflection.

Odin stood right there, his eyes completely locked onto the sight. He thoroughly enjoyed the show, watching that fat ass shake until his pulse started racing, getting him right back in the mood to tear her clothes off. But he gripped his hands together and held himself back. Business first, pleasure later.

Odin reached back and opened his Poké Bag. It was time to bring out his hidden treasure.

While he was hanging around the Team Rocket Base, he had secretly bought some incredibly cool-looking Pokéballs. He didn't have a single fucking clue if the capture mechanics inside them were actually any good, or if they were just built to look badass, but right now, he didn't give a shit. What mattered was how fucking awesome and dope these things looked. They were official Rocket's Pokéballs, and they came in three distinct, custom variants: a full matte black one with a blood-red 'R' stamped on the front, a sleek black-and-white split one with the red 'R', and a brutal black-and-red one with the same crimson 'R'.

Odin had bought all three variants, and he didn't just buy one of each—he bought three copies of every single style. They were hella expensive, costing a ridiculous amount of credits, but since he was rich as fuck, he didn't care about throwing money around. Odin had already decided that from this exact moment on, whenever he caught a Pokémon meant for his main Team Rocket team, he was only going to use these custom Rocket's Pokéballs.

'When I get back to the Pewter City, I'm changing Koffing's Pokéball too, Odin thought, his mind plotting out the logistics. Though, fuck, that might cause some serious complications for Angel... she goes out into the slums with Koffing all the time, and she carries his Pokéball right in her pocket. If some Trainer, Officer or any league authorities sees her with an illegal Rocket's Pokéball, she's fucked. Ah, well, fuck it! Guess she is just going to have to take Geodude with her for company and protection from now on. Besides, it'll be good for Koffing anyway—maybe the toxic little shit will finally learn NOT TO FUCKING SIMP for her every five seconds!'

Now came the real question: which Pokéball to choose right now? He looked over his options, rubbing his chin. Hmm, decisions, decisions... uhhh. The black-and-white one is pretty fucking sleek. Let's go with that one.

Odin grabbed the black-and-white Rocket's Pokéball and looked down at the male Nidoran sitting comfortably right on his lap. "You ready to become a King, little bro?"

"Nido! Nido!" the purple creature barked back, its eyes flashing with the same arrogant ambition.

"Good... welcome to the team, King!"

Odin pushed the custom Pokéball right in front of the Nidoran's face. The little guy stretched his head forward and lightly touched the center button with his nose. Swoop! The red light engulfed the Nidoran, drawing him into the chassis before the ball hit the dirt with a loud Click! Another beautiful, critical catch. With that, they had accomplished exactly what they came into this deep cave to do: catching the high-potential Nidoran twins. Now, only Odin's personal mission remained—hunting down the Moon Stones.

But fuck that for right now!

What was important in this exact second was that Odin was also fucking excited. The adrenaline of securing two rare pieces of royal bloodline back-to-back was pumping through his veins like wildfire.

Driven by pure, unfiltered excitement, he ran straight toward Lucy and lifted her voluptuous body high up into the air, wrapping her in a tight embrace. His large hands landed squarely on her plump ass, gripping the soft, juicy flesh tightly as he began spinning her around in a circle, celebrating their massive victory. Lucy absolutely enjoyed the raw dominance of the move, laughing loudly and celebrating right along with him in the neon blue glow. The Team Rocket couple shared another intensely passionate, romantic moment right there in the dirt.

But then, the spinning stopped, and reality slammed back into Odin's head like a brick.

He set her down, his hands freezing as his inner tsundere defenses went into an absolute, frantic panic. He stared at his own hands, his face flushing with an overwhelming wave of embarrassment and self-loathing.

Wait a fucking second... I was getting this excited over catching a couple of fucking Pokémon? This is some total nerd shit! This is fucking geeky and nerdy as hell! What the fuck am I doing?! What the fuck is wrong with me?!

The suppressed, buried memories of his past life as Mark—the pathetic, ordinary loser who played video games and got excited over pixels—flashed through his mind, threatening his self proclaimed alpha ego.

Goddamn it, MARK! FUCK YOU, MARK!! AARRRGGGGG! Odin screamed furiously inside his own head, absolutely loathing the fact that a tiny piece of his old, nerdy self had just leaked out.

Though admittedly, he truly no longer actually hates that guy anymore.. but his name sure is very convenient if he doesn't have anyone to blame or anything in general. Himself excluded of course. Nothing is his fault, and that's a fact. FIGHT ME!

□□■■□□■■□□

after the frustration odin grabbed Lucy's ass once more and gave it squeeze than he looked in the eyes with a lustful gaze and Lucy Immediately felt it the hidden joy of a woman who is about to be dominated once more, causing her pussy to get wet..

"10 minutes" Odin said, "i need to borrow your mouth pussy for 10 minutes."

Lucy obediently said "okay."

and so Odin sat back on top of Geodude's head and pulled down his pants. and lucy got on her knees and serviced his 12 inch with her mouth. soon 20 minutes passed instead of the agreed 10 minutes. Odin finally finished and busted a nut right down her throat. and lucy obediently swallowed everything.

The post-nut clarity slammed into Odin's brain like a physical wave, instantly washing away the lingering irritation of his brief, nerdy meltdown. He stood up from his makeshift throne on Geodude's head, casually pulling up his zipper and buckling his belt with an arrogant, slow smirk while staring down at Lucy.

After Licking her lips, for any remaining cum, she looked up at Odin's gaze, "Are you happy now? If so, let's get fucking moving," she teased,

"Yup, feeling much better... feeling fucking refreshed actually," Odin sighed out, stretching his arms as his dominant, cocky alpha-male persona locked right back into place.

Beside him, Lucy was already begun getting up on her feet, adjusting the tight fabric of her uniform over her curvaceous frame. She didn't look bothered at all; instead, her eyes held a seductive, lingering heat, thoroughly satisfied by the rough, casual dominance Odin had just subjected her to. Her pussy was still soaked, leaking through her tight uniform from the intense, submissive thrill of serving his twelve-inch cock on her knees. She swiped a thumb across her bottom lip, cleaning off the last faint trace of the thick, heavy cum he had just busted down her throat, before giving him a fiery, challenging look.

"Have you been drinking alot of pinab berry juice?.. your cum is awfully sweet, for arrogant asshole like you" she teased, her usual bickering attitude snapping right back into the driver's seat, though her cheeks still held a flushed, post-coital glow after obediently swallowing every last drop of his nut.

"Fuck yeah i have. Let's get moving," Odin chuckled, stepping forward and gripping her fat, plump ass one more time, giving it a brutal, possessive squeeze just to hear her gasp before the satisfying smack echoed against the neon-blue cavern walls.

He reached down and hauled his Pokébag over his shoulder, his fingers casually brushing against the sleek black-and-white Rocket's Pokéball containing his newly caught Nidoran. The sexual distraction was over. His dick was empty, his head was clear, and it was time to tear this hidden cave apart until he got his hands on those Moon Stones.

Geodude floated up from the dirt, letting out a low, disciplined rumble as it took its place at the front of the line, acting as the ultimate heavy-hitting vanguard. The atmosphere inside the luminescent cavern felt tight, heavy, and ripe for a massive payday. With their main Pokémon roster locked and loaded, the Team Rocket duo stepped out of the small secluded cave section, ready to dive deeper into the dark, uncharted veins of Mt. Moon.

"Wait! The egg incubator, you absolute Fucking moron!" Lucy suddenly yelled out, snapping her head back to glare at the soft patch of moss where the Nidoran twins had just been captured.

Odin blinked, the haze of distraction clearing from his mind as he realized he had completely left the damn thing behind. "Ah, shit! You're right, Lucy! I fucking forgot!"

Odin turned toward Geodude, his lips curling into an arrogant, lazy smirk as he stared down at his rock butler. "Bro," he grinned, patting the solid stone shoulder of his vanguard. "Carry my fucking bag for me! Hahaha, thanks, my heavy-lifting butler!"

Odin walked back to the alcove, bent down, and picked up the egg incubator, cradling the delicate device securely against his chest. Seeing the opening, Lucy moved over to the floating rock, her hips swaying seductively as she flashed a sweet, manipulative smile.

"Sorry, bro, carry my Pokébag too... thanks in advance," she cooed, sliding her heavy bag onto Geodude's other side without giving the poor guy a choice.

"Geo....dude...?" Geodude rumbled in complete disbelief, his rocky arms lowering as he took on the deadweight of both heavy packs, acting as the team's ultimate pack mule.

With the gear distributed, the trio formed their line. Lucy took the lead, her long scarlet hair framing her tight uniform. Odin took the middle slot, keeping his hands full with the egg incubator, while Geodude brought up the rear.

Odin claimed he stayed in the middle to protect the fragile cargo from any sudden danger, but the real fucking reason was completely unhinged. Walking right behind Lucy gave him the ultimate, unobstructed view of her juicy, plump ass. Her tiny waistline and curvaceous body twisted beautifully with every single step, causing her fat ass to jiggle and sway provocatively in the neon reflection. Odin was so completely hypnotized by the sight of that shaking ass that he completely forgot to turn on his System scan, leaving his defense mechanics totally blind. That stupid fucking mistake was about to bite them right in the ass.

As they walked deeper into the mountain, the majestic scenery opened up around them. The cave section was breathtaking, lit naturally by massive, glowing blue crystals embedded in the stone walls, reflecting off a sparkling river running parallel to the path. Ambient neon-blue moss threw a serene aura over everything. Inside the river, schools of wild Finneon, Lumineon, and Lanturn swam gracefully, creating a unique aesthetic scene that looked completely majestic. They couldn't get over the sheer beauty of the scenery—and Lucy's juicy fat ass, of course. Since the crystals lit the cave perfectly, there was absolutely no need for flashlights.

To pass the time, Odin began bragging, his tone dripping with his textbook cocky attitude. He launched into an epic story about his grand battle against a wild Dugtrio that was five whole levels higher than his Koffing, gesturing wildly while keeping the egg incubator steady. He ranted about his baseball skills back on Earth, claiming his arm strength and throwing stance gave him the most awesome, flawless Pokéball throwing skills in Kanto.

Lucy rolled her eyes but eventually countered with her own raw, emotional history. Her gaze softened as she looked at the sparkling river. "That's cute, Odin," she said, her voice dropping its fiery edge, if only temporarily. "But listen to this. Back when I was a complete, utter noob of a Rocket Grunt, my Ekans and I almost fucking died in a brutal group attack by a pack of wild Mankey."

She paused, her fingers tightening as the memories surfaced. "They swarmed us out of nowhere. We managed to beat a few, but they were relentless, tearing us to pieces. We barely escaped into some random, tight shit cave hole we stumbled into. Ekans was gravely injured and fell incredibly ill from his wounds and stress. I had no potions, no herbs, no supplies—I had absolutely nothing. I spent the entire night inside that dark hole, crying and holding his shivering body, convinced we wouldn't see the morning."

Lucy looked back at Odin, a fierce, motivating spark burning in her eyes. "But we survived on pure, unadulterated spite. Since that night, that Ekans—who is now my Arbok—has been fiercely loyal to me. Our bond grew deeper than blood. She listens to my every single word because we dragged each other out of hell. It was never a competition about who was the alpha leader after that night."

Odin listened to the heavy backstory, maintaining his lazy, sarcastic smirk. "Cool story, bro," he mocked.

"You fucking asshole, i'm pouring out my heart here!!" Lucy hissed, swinging her leg back and kicking him straight in the guts.

"Ahh!" Odin gasped, feigning a dramatic amount of pain while securely protecting the egg incubator. Women... always keeping you on your toes, he thought with a grin.

Unfortunately, their peaceful trek came to a sudden, violent end. Right when everything seemed perfect, a massive Level 30 Parasect detached itself from the ceiling directly above the rear of their line, launching a brutal ambush. Odin's internal system instantly flared to life, flashing a bright warning in his mind.

[Ding!]

[Alert! Danger!]

[Parasect: Level 30] [Gold-Potential]

[C-Rank]

[Abilty - Dry skin]

Fuck! Odin thought to himself, his internal monologue screaming in frustration. He had forgot to keep the System scanner on! What a fucking amateur, rookie mistake!

The Parasect had ambushed them directly from the rear. Since Geodude was completely weighted down by both heavy Pokébags, his reaction time was totally shot. Before the rock vanguard could drop the gear, the massive bug slammed into him with a devastating, high-powered X-Scissor attack.

"GEEOOOO!" Geodude yelled as the force of the hit knocked him clean off his feet, sending him flying through the air and dropping both Pokébags hard onto the cavern floor.

"Fuck!" both Odin and Lucy shouted in perfect sync.

With Geodude knocked away and their supplies scattered, they were completely exposed. Lucy didn't hesitate for a single second. She reached for her belt and whipped out a Pokéball, summoning her strongest asset to the field.

"Arbok! Tear this ugly fucker apart!"

In a flash of light, her massive Arbok materialized on the dirt, his hood flared wide and his fangs dripping with venom, ready to lock horns with the ambushing Parasect as the battle inside the neon-blue cavern erupted.

"Fire Fang, now! Melt this piece of shit!" Lucy screamed, her fiery battle instincts taking total control.

Arbok didn't hesitate. His jaws unhinged, superheated crimson flames bursting from his fangs as he lunged across the stone. The Level 30 Parasect tried to raise its massive, fungus-covered claws to block, but Arbok was faster. He clamped down hard, burying his blazing teeth straight into the giant bug's carapace.

Because Parasect was a dual Bug and Grass-type, it already carried a monstrous vulnerability to fire. But deep down in this sunless subterranean river system, this specific cave predator possessed the Dry Skin ability. Without sunlight, its flesh was highly sensitive, cranking its weakness up by an extra twenty-five percent. Arbok's Fire Fang landed with a catastrophic 5x damage multiplier.

The sound of burning zombie-bug meat hissed through the air as the Parasect shrieked in sheer, unadulterated agony. The heat was turning its internal organs into molten mush. Panicking for its life, the burning monster tore itself from Arbok's grip and hurled its massive carcass straight into the rushing, crystal-clear river next to the path.

Splash!

The freezing water doused the flames instantly, sending thick plumes of steam rolling across the cave ceiling. Because of its Dry Skin ability, the Parasect didn't drown; instead, the rushing, damp river water acted like a massive medical injection, rapidly regenerating its scorched cells right in front of their eyes.

Odin didn't waste a single microsecond of the distraction. "Hold down the fort, hoe!" he barked, dropping low to the ground. He quickly tucked the egg incubator safely behind a massive crystal protrusion out of harm's way, then dove toward the dropped gear. Cursing like a madman, he frantically grabbed handfuls of loose medicine bottles, stray items, and Angel's premium frosted biscuits, shoving them back into the Pokébags before the splashing water ruined everything. He didn't give a fuck whose supplies belonged to who; he just crammed it all back inside in a frantic scramble.

In the river, the Parasect wasn't just sitting there. Using the rapid currents to stabilize itself, the creature launched a surprise counter-attack. It opened its mandibles and fired a dark, parasitic Leech Seed straight out of the water. The glowing green seed caught Arbok completely off guard, instantly bursting into thick, thorny vines that wrapped tightly around the cobra's scaly neck.

"Don't let it breathe! Sludge Bomb!" Lucy roared, her chest heaving with aggressive fury.

Arbok reared back and unleashed a torrent of toxic purple sludge, spraying it across the water like a machine gun. But the Parasect was in its element now. Moving like a sleek, aquatic assassin, it utilized the rushing river currents to swiftly slide and glide out of the way, making every single Sludge Bomb miss completely.

Right as the toxic spray settled, the Parasect lunged from the shadows of the current, activating a high-powered Giga Drain. A bright green beam of energy connected with Arbok, violently tearing life force straight out of the cobra's body. Simultaneously, the Leech Seed vines pulsed around Arbok's throat, draining even more health and transferring it straight across the river. Combined with the constant healing of its Dry Skin in the water, the Parasect's horrific burn wounds literally knit back together in a second, restoring the monster back to maximum health.

"Fuck!" Lucy yelled, stamping her foot in pure frustration. "Are you fucking kidding me?!"

Odin finished zipping the Pokébags and hauled himself up. He sprinted over to the wall where Geodude was wedged into the stone from the initial X-Scissor. Grabbing his vanguard by his heavy stone arms, Odin gave a massive yank, pulling him free.

"You okay, Bro?" Odin checked, his eyes narrow.

Geodude rumbled, shaking the dust off his rocky frame. Despite taking a high-level hit, his stats saved his life—boasting a maximum defense IV and a massive natural base armor, coupled with the fact that X-Scissor was a physical move rather than a special attack, he had tanked the brunt of the damage like a champion.

Odin immediately accessed his System, scanning Geodude's available moveset while analyzing the battlefield. He watched the Parasect smoothly navigate the water currents, healing itself instantly while making a fool out of Lucy.

"Lucy is gonna need your help, buddy," Odin muttered, a cold, cunning grin spreading across his face. He saw the perfect opening.

Lucy was losing her mind, screaming at her Pokémon to keep spamming Sludge Bomb, completely refusing to believe she couldn't hit a goddamn bug. Odin waited, his eyes tracking the Parasect's rhythm as it prepared to slide right to dodge the next purple blast.

"Geodude! Rock Tomb! Hit the water right there!" Odin barked, pointing his finger ahead of the bug's path.

Geodude roared, lifting his arms and summoning a massive wall of solid boulders, slamming them straight into the river current right where the Parasect was about to dodge. CRASH! The zombie crab slammed violently into the sudden stone wall, its aquatic escape route completely cut off. The disorientation left it wide open, and Arbok's incoming Sludge Bomb blasted it dead in the face, dealing monstrous poison damage.

The Parasect panicked, trying to quickly cut backward to slide down the opposite side of the river current.

"Again! Drop it on the left!" Odin commanded, predicting the AI path perfectly.

Geodude launched a second Rock Tomb, smashing a massive cluster of rocks into the opposite side of the riverbed. BOOM! The Parasect crashed violently into the second stone trap, completely boxed in. Arbok's next Sludge Bomb struck like a cannonball—landing a brutal Critical Hit that sent the toxic-soaked, battered bug flying clear out of the water, crashing hard onto the stone floor of the far bank.

But as it landed, the Leech Seed vines around Arbok's neck pulsed once more, draining a fraction of life force and giving the dying monster a small, terrifying second wind on the opposite side of the river.

Round two had officially begun. The river was now a choked mess of smashed boulders, leaving the Parasect isolated on the far bank while Arbok and Geodude stood on the near side.

Odin glanced at Lucy, their eyes locking in perfect criminal synchronicity.

"Be happy you get to witness my genius, Lucy!" Odin mocked, a cocky smirk plastered on his face. "Without me, you're a fucking bimbo, still spamming Sludge Bomb in the afterlife!"

Lucy's face flushed red with irritation, but for once, she didn't launch into a shouting match. She bit her lip, her submissive side giving way to his tactical dominance. "Fine!" she yelled out, turning her head. "You be the brains then, I'll be the brawn!"

Odin let out a loud laugh. "So you admit you have no brains then! Haha!"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Lucy screamed, her face burning.

The Parasect wasn't about to sit there and watch them bicker. Realizing it was cut off from its river healing, it opened its maw and began spamming a furious barrage of glowing green Energy Balls across the water, targeting both opponents.

Arbok slithered rapidly, dodging the explosive grass spheres, while Geodude rolled heavily across the stone to avoid the blasts.

"Geodude, don't you dare let that green shit even scratch you!" Odin warned violently, his voice cutting through the explosions. "You're a Ground-type with a catastrophic 4x weakness to Grass, you're seven levels lower, and your Special Defense is dogshit! You get hit by that thing and you fucking die on arrival!"

Odin immediately moved behind Geodude. "Yo, i need you to Use Rock Throw Bro, but first. Watch me, bro! Copy my lead!"

Dropping into a wide, low stance, Odin demonstrated his legendary high school baseball pitching form. He wound his arm back, pivoting his hips, and locking his gaze onto the target with absolute, surgical precision. Geodude's golden-potential eyes widened, instantly downloading the mechanics, shifting his heavy rocky body to mirror the perfect athletic stance as best as his stone frame could manage.

Geodude wound back, channels of energy focusing into a single, smooth stone. He unleashed a high-velocity Rock Throw.

Because of Odin's professional guidance, Geodude's accuracy skyrocketed to a dangerous, godlike level. The rock sliced through the cave air like a ninety-mile-per-hour fastball, shattering the Parasect's Energy Ball rhythm and landing a devastating Critical Hit directly into the creature's left eye.

"Now, Arbok! Wrap that piece of shit!" Lucy commanded, seizing the opening.

A stray Energy Ball, fired right before the wrap, caught Arbok directly in the chest due to the sudden paralysis stall. Arbok hissed in pain, but because of his natural Poison-type resistance to Grass moves, he absorbed the hit and kept standing, though the accumulated damage was starting to take a serious toll.

Arbok lunged across the rocky gap, his massive body wrapping around the blinded Parasect in a tight, crushing Wrap. The bone-snapping pressure forced the air out of the bug's lungs. "Fire Fang! Burn it to hell!" Lucy roared. Arbok's fangs ignited once more, sinking deep into the shell, almost terminating the creature right on the spot.

In its final, dying breath, the Parasect unleashed its ultimate biological hazard of a fucking move—a massive, thick cloud of glowing Spore dust. The toxic powder enveloped Arbok instantly, inducing complete paralysis across his massive nervous system. Arbok stiffened, his muscles locking up in severe pain, forcing him to let go of the bug and slide backward across the dirt.

The Parasect collapsed onto its side, completely exhausted, unable to dodge or move. It was on its last breath.

But luckily, Leech drain came in clutch again, and drained a portion of arboks HP once more giving the Parasect some much needed Vigor. Leaving arbok even worse for wear.

Arbok has had her life continuously drained throughout this fight. Anymore and it will reach the danger levels.

Odin wasn't about to give it a single chance to recover. Geodude was already locked into his newly perfected baseball stance, a massive rock loaded into his hand, his accuracy dialed into perfection.

Odin and Lucy locked eyes, screaming together in perfect, roaring sync: "GOO!!! FUCK HIM UP BRO!!"

"GEOOOOOOO!!! DUDEEEEE!!!!!" the vanguard roared.

Geodude hurled the final pitch of the battle. The trajectory was a thing of pure, unadulterated beauty. As the rock flew through the neon-blue air, a sudden rush of memory slammed into Odin's mind—the heavy lights of the stadium back on Earth, the roaring crowd during the high school finals, the absolute peak moment of his past life where the entire game rested on his shoulders. He had delivered that final pitch, owned the field, and won the championship.

BOOM!

The rock struck the Parasect with the force of an anti-tank shell, the sound echoing violently off the mountain walls. The sheer kinetic energy didn't just break the shell—it literally exploded the Parasect's head into a shower of black blood and pulverized mushroom chunks, splattering the far cavern wall in a gory mess.

A brilliant blue notification flashed directly into Odin's vision.

[Geodude has defeated Parasect! Presenting massive experience allocation.]

[Geodude leveled up x2: Lvl 23 -> Lvl 25]

Odin let out a breath, a genuine tear of nostalgic pride swelling in his eye, while Lucy stood beside him, equally stunned by the sheer beauty of that final execution. "Fucking magnificent," Odin whispered.

But before they could even move to collect their gear, a blinding, radiant white light suddenly erupted from Geodude's rocky core. The illumination was so intense it completely drowned out the neon-blue glow of the crystals, enveloping the entire Geodude in a massive sphere of energy.

Both Odin and Lucy froze, staring at the glowing transformation in absolute silence.

Odin's jaw was slightly slack. Since he didn't know jack shit about the actual depth of Pokémon mechanics—relying entirely on the basic things Angel had taught him, Lucy's bickering tips, and the data provided by his System—he was a complete, literal noob when it came to witnessing a live evolution. He didn't know the indicators, the level requirements, or the triggers for item-based evolution types. Or even friendship requirements.

He stared at the expanding light, his inner tsundere defenses panicking as he quietly broke the silence.

"Hey, Lucy... what the fuck is going on with Geodude?!" Odin asked, his voice cracking with genuine confusion. "Is he ascending to heaven right now? Is Arceus actually trying to steal my star baseball pro player? What an absolute, massive fucking dick!"

Lucy snapped her head around, her scarlet hair flying as she glared at him like he was an absolute retard. "Shh, Odin! Shut the fuck up! He is evolving, you idiot! Do you not have a single lick of common sense?!"

"Just I'll shut the fuck up and enjoy the show!" Odin snapped back defensively, crossing his arms to hide his embarrassment.

The brilliant white light violently shattered across the cavern walls, revealing a massive, towering silhouette. Geodude was gone. Standing in his place was a massive, four-armed boulder of solid, jagged earth. His new rocky skin was thick, reinforced, and brimming with a level of physical power that dwarped his previous form.

Graveler had officially arrived.

The newly evolved Pokémon looked down at his four massive stone arms, completely immersed in his new power. He threw his head back, letting out a deep, echoing rumble as he began aggressively flexing his massive boulder shoulders and arms like an elite bodybuilder on a competition stage.

Odin's arrogant smirk slowly crawled back onto his face as he took in the sight of his upgraded vanguard. The danger was passed, their team was stronger, and the deep, uncharted riches of Mount Moon were finally ripe for the taking.

The silence that followed Geodude's evolution into Graveler lasted for only a fraction of a second. Before the newly formed boulder could even finish flexing his upper stone arms, a tiny, rhythmic roll-scrape echoed from the shadows of the narrow cave wall.

Out from a tight crevice, a tiny, spherical creature emerged. It was a Voltorb, barely level ten, its red-and-white face locked into a permanent, tense grimace. It had spawned right out of the dark, completely uninvited, and its large, frantic eyes immediately locked onto the bloody scene before it.

The little bastard froze stiff. It didn't just see a group of humans—it saw five terrifying figures, two clad in pitch-black paramilitary uniforms, a mutilated, headless Parasect carcass painting the stone walls in fresh, dark blood, a massive, roided-up stone titan flexing four arms in victory, and a giant cobra whose hood flared with a demonic, terrifying face pattern that pulsed with a raw Intimidate frequency. For a timid, wild creature that spent its life hiding in the dark magnetic currents, this wasn't a battle—it was a slaughterhouse.

Lucy instantly froze, her face turning as white as a sheet. Unlike Odin, she had actually spent years studying Kanto's underground data. She knew exactly what these volatile little bastards were capable of when pushed into a corner.

Odin, completely oblivious and lacking any baseline common sense about wild electric types, merely crossed his arms and let out a loud, mocking laugh. "What the fuck is this shit?" he sneered, pointing a finger at the trembling ball. "A fucking Pokéball wannabe? A low-rent poser? Look at this little bitch shaking. Get the fuck out of my way before I have my boy turn you into gravel, hoe."

Odin's harsh, bullying words cut straight through the air, sending the already panicked Voltorb into a state of absolute, hyper-ventilating terror.

"Omg! Odin, shut the fuck up!!" Lucy suddenly screamed, her voice cracking in a wave of pure, unfiltered panic. "Please, I am fucking begging you!! Shut your goddamn mouth or you're going to get us all killed!"

Odin blinked, looking back at her with his classic, lazy douchery. "What the fuck are you so scared about, Lucy? It's a tiny, pathetic ball. Quit acting like a bitch."

"ODIN, THAT THING WILL BLOW US TO HELL IF YOU KEEP INTIMIDATING IT!" Lucy shrieked, her voluptuous chest heaving as she pointed a trembling hand at the creature. "Do you not realize we are inside a claustrophobic, deep cave tunnel?! If that thing triggers its core, we are fucking dead! Dead, I tell you!"

Little did the fierce, panicked woman realize that her own high-pitched, frantic screaming was the final straw. The sheer noise and chaotic energy slammed into the Voltorb's sensory receptors. It couldn't handle the sensory overload of fear anymore. Its internal battery violently short-circuited. A bright, blinding crackle of white electricity began to ripple across its skin, its entire body expanding as it prepared to unleash an instant, devastating Self-Destruct.

The blinding white spark immediately flipped a switch inside Odin's brain.

While he was an ignorant fuck about general Kanto biology, he was intimately, tragically familiar with the scent of an impending explosion. Deep within the locked-away, heavily suppressed corners of his mind, a nightmare flashed behind his eyes. He remembered the dark, suffocating Diglett's cave. He remembered the swarm of twenty-plus feral Zubat overrunning them. He remembered his Koffing—the toxic little shit Angel called "Poopie"—overriding its own survival instincts, blowing its own body to absolute pieces in a catastrophic Explosion just to keep Odin and Angel alive. He remembered holding that charred, dying cloud in the dirt, the terrifying weight of almost losing his partner, and how Angel's tearful, crying dedication was the only thing that dragged the spirit back from the brink of death. It was the single lowest, most emotionally vulnerable moment of his entire life—a hidden trauma he never acknowledged, but one that secretly gave him horrific nightmares.

He knew that scent before his System could even render an alert. The alpha within him took complete control, his voice dropping into a roaring, lethal command that demanded absolute, unquestioning obedience.

"GRAVELER! COVER US NOW! GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE!" Odin bellowed, his voice echoing like thunder. "LUCY, GRAB THE POKÉBAGS NOWW!"

The shift in his demeanor was so violent, so utterly dominant, that nobody hesitated. When Odin got serious, you didn't ask questions; you fucking moved. Lucy dove across the dirt, her fingers clawing into the straps of both dropped Pokébags, ripping them off the floor. Odin didn't care about his own safety—he sprinted back toward the crystal crevice, diving to scoop up the egg incubator, cradling the device tightly against his chest like a shield. Even Lucy's paralyzed Arbok, sensing the raw command of a true leader, dragged its locked-up coils as close to the line as physically possible.

Graveler didn't hesitate for a microsecond. The four-armed titan lunged forward, throwing his massive, boulder-like frame directly in front of Odin and Lucy. He wrapped his four heavy stone arms around them in a brutal, crushing protective hug, burying their bodies beneath his immense mass. Arbok pressed tightly against his side, utilizing every single inch of the stone sanctuary. Boasting a maximum defense IV, massive natural defensive stats, and a biological resistance to Normal-type attacks, Graveler stood as the ultimate physical bunker in the dark.

Then, the world went white.

The Voltorb detonated with a deafening, earth-shattering BOOM that tore the oxygen straight out of the alcove. The shockwave of the Self-Destruct hit Graveler's massive rock body like a freight train, a blinding flash of fire and concussive force slamming directly into his back. The absolute beast tanked the explosion like a total champion—bro was the literal Rock himself. He didn't drop, his footing remaining anchored into the earth, but the sheer heat of the blast left his stony back severely burned, scarred, and charred into a deep, smoky pitch-black.

Unfortunately, his survival was the only piece of good news.

The true, terrifying peril of a high-powered detonation inside a secluded underground cavern wasn't the initial blast—it was the structural fallout. The concussive wave ripped through the structural foundations of the ceiling, shattering the massive blue crystals and causing the entire cavern to cave in. Gigantic, multi-ton jagged rocks began raining down from the darkness like a localized meteor shower.

To make matters worse, the blast wave ripped straight through the riverbank, instantly detonating the two massive Rock Tombs that Geodude had previously slammed into the riverbed. For the past ten minutes, those heavy stone walls had been completely blocking the river's natural flow and deep currents, causing the subterranean water levels behind them to rise to a dangerous, bulging high level. Now, with the stone barricades instantly pulverized into dust, the trapped water didn't just flow—it erupted.

A roaring, violent tidal wave of water came gushing down the channel like a wild, broken dam tsunami. The heavy, multi-ton rocks falling from the ceiling crashed directly into the rising torrent, creating massive, violent high-level waves and chaotic, churning whirlpools. It was a complete environmental nightmare.

Before anyone could react, a massive, jagged boulder sheared off the ceiling and smacked Graveler directly across his charred back. The force of the impact sent the titan flying straight off the ledge, hurl-crashing his immense weight straight into the roaring, foaming river water below. Even as he fell, Graveler never once let go of Odin and Lucy, keeping his four arms locked around them to shield their flesh from the crushing debris.

But the sudden, violent drop into the freezing, chaotic current slammed into Odin's frame. The jarring impact ripped his arms apart, causing his grip to slip.

"OH NO! FUCK!!! THE EGG!!! NOOOO!" Odin roared, a wave of pure terror washing over his face as the egg incubator slipped from his fingers, spinning out into the frothing, untamed rapids.

Arbok saw it happen. The massive purple cobra was still floating near the mass of Graveler, her body heavy and stiff from the lingering Spore paralysis. But as her eyes locked onto the glass incubator bobbing in the violent foam, something primitive, dark, and powerful flared to life inside her reptilian brain.

She wasn't the biological mother of the Ekans egg resting inside that chassis. But she was the exact same species. In a world of dark, survivalist realism, the sight of her unborn kin being swept away into a watery grave triggered a massive, primal surge of maternal instinct. Whether it was a sudden rush of pure adrenaline, evolutionary programming, or raw maternal care, the sheer force of her willpower completely overrode and broke through the physical chains of her paralysis.

With a ferocious, echoing hiss, Arbok lunged straight into the raging water. Her long, muscular body coiled through the rapids like a streak of purple lightning, stretching out until she slammed into the incubator. Moving with surgical, desperate precision, she wrapped her thick coils carefully around the structure, applying just enough pressure to secure it against the current without crushing it to pieces.

But the river didn't care about their victories. The sheer volume of the exploding dam water swallowed the four of them whole, dragging Odin, Lucy, Graveler, and Arbok into a wild, nightmarish roller coaster ride through the dark.

They were being violently tossed, spun, and smacked left and right against the submerged stone walls. The churning, roaring waves carried them completely away from their original location, dragging them deeper, faster, and further into the uncharted, pitch-black veins of Mount Moon's lowest depths—sweeping them down toward an absolute, terrifying unknown.

The current swept them through claustrophobic, pitch-black tunnels at a breakneck speed that blurred their senses. Just as the roar of the water reached a deafening, terrifying crescendo, the rocky ceiling completely vanished overhead. They had reached an exit—but it wasn't the salvation they had desperately hoped for.

The roaring river sliced clean out of the stone face, revealing a massive, blind subterranean waterfall plunging down into a colossal, uncharted cavern abyss. They were caught dead in the middle of the torrent, traveling with the crushing current as they flew clean off the lip of the drop.

"BRACE FOR IMPACT!" Odin tried to scream, but the wind tore the air straight from his lungs as they plummeted from a dizzying, terrifying height.

They were falling into the void, surrounded by millions of gallons of churning white water. Down in the darkness, Graveler squeezed his four immense stone arms even tighter, locking Odin and Lucy against his chest in a desperate, unbreakable rock embrace, determined to take the brunt of the collision with his own heavy body. Arbok mirrored his iron resolve, tightening her thick purple coils around the egg incubator, bracing her muscular frame to absorb the kinetic shock and shield her unborn kin at any cost.

The only saving grace in this nightmare was the shifting reflection of the water below—they were plunging into an underground pool, not onto solid rock. But the overwhelming terror burning in their veins was the blind depth; nobody had any fucking clue if the waters below were deep enough to absorb their weight, or if they were shallow enough to smash their bones into powder.

CRASH!!!

BAM!!

The world erupted into a chaotic explosion of freezing spray and violent kinetic energy as they hit the plunge pool. The water wasn't deep enough to entirely kill the momentum, but luckily, it wasn't shallow enough to crush them instantly either. However, the sheer physical toll of the drop was staggering. Graveler hit the pool floor hard, using the absolute last remaining reserves of his newly evolved strength to act as a shield. He took the full, brutal brunt of the impact against the solid stone bottom, the immense shockwave rattling through his heavy frame until his consciousness finally snapped. Bro was a literal legend, a true absolute unit of a tank.

Even as the dark wave of unconsciousness claimed his brain, his protective instincts never faltered. His four stone arms remained entirely locked, refusing to release his tight, protective embrace around Odin and Lucy. Because of his loyalty, everyone was saved from drowning in the immediate impact pool.

The three of them, wrapped tightly in the arms of the unconscious Graveler, began to drift blindly with the slower, dark currents of the deep basin, while Arbok floated nearby, still holding the intact egg incubator in her protective grip. They were safe from the fall, but fate had one final, savage trick left up its sleeve.

As they drifted sluggishly through the dim cavern shadows, the structural tremors of the waterfall basin dislodged a stray, jagged rock from the high ceiling above. The heavy stone dropped through the darkness like a bullet, its trajectory locking directly onto its target.

BAM!

The sharp stone slammed directly into the side of Odin's head, the brutal crack echoing through the hollow cavern.

Pain violently exploded behind his eyes, instantly shattering his thoughts. The dimly lit cave walls spun into a chaotic blur as his mind gave out entirely, plunging his vision into a heavy, absolute, and pitch-black void. Their location was completely unknown, their main defense was knocked out cold, and their leader was entirely unconscious, drifting blindly into the dark underworld.
