Rod smirked and said: "Atos, your brashness highlights your weakness. So impulsive and irritable, so petty and narrow-minded, I can hardly believe you are the supreme deity of this universe. Your virtues do not befit your position. Your eons of experience seem to have been lived out like a dog. You are far from being the ultimate existence; you are merely a despicable soul that happened to steal divine authority. Now, I shall correct this mistake. Such magnificent authority is only worthy of being wielded by me, whereas you are just a loser, a stepping stone."
As these fatal words fell, the whole dark space descended into a terrifying calm. However, moments later, Rod did not see the enraged Atos lose his mind. From within that faint light came a deep, sinister laughter that traversed eons, carrying an infernal chill that weighed heavily upon Rod's soul.
