The difference between a Half-Saint and a strong realm in the Sky Apex Realm lies in that the former has already condensed a half-step Saint Body, and once the Saint Body achieves Great Accomplishment, they can become a true Saint, transcending the ordinary and becoming invincible.
However, even if it's just a half-step Saint Body, it is still a Saint Body, while the strong in the Sky Apex Realm are ultimately just mortal bodies, a tier lower. Hence, the gap between a Half-Saint and a Nine-fold Strong in the Sky Apex Realm is significant; a Junior semi-saint can easily overpower two Nine-fold Strong in the Sky Apex Realm.
Of course, this is under normal circumstances, excluding exceptional talents.
