"Chu Molin, don't." Qin Xue shouted as she watched the scene unfold in front of her, waking up in the process.
"Xue'er, I'm here. What's wrong? Did you have a nightmare?" Chu Molin awoke the moment he heard Qin Xue speaking in her sleep.
He wasn't sure what she had dreamed about, but she was drenched in sweat.
"Chu Molin?" Qin Xue blinked, looking at the person before her with uncertainty.
"Yes, it's me. Don't be afraid, I'm here now. No one can hurt you." Chu Molin replied to her question, gently patting her back.
"What's everyone staring at? Never seen someone have a nightmare before?" Lin Ziqi was also startled awake by Qin Xue's shout, but upon noticing the surrounding people's gazes, he spoke out to stop them from staring.
Though he was curious about what Qin Xue had dreamt of, he knew it wasn't his place to ask. After dispersing the crowd, he turned away from them, but held his breath, hoping to hear what they might say.
