"There's nothing unusual on my end." Xie Jun returned to the agreed-upon spot and saw Chu Molin waiting there. He shared what he had observed.
"There's nothing on my side either. But isn't it unbelievable? There was supposed to be something happening, and now after one afternoon, there's nothing unusual. Did they discover something, or do they really have no intention?" Chu Molin kept pondering this question.
When they arrived, they hadn't done anything, so seeing the situation now, he didn't know how to react.
"Don't worry, I'll strengthen the defenses. Let's head back. I'll take care of the rest." Xie Jun looked at his friend, who always led the charge while he covered from behind. Now that his friend was gone, he'd have to handle everything himself.
But he didn't say it was bad, just tiring, because their work was heavy. It's not that things couldn't be done; it just depended on the situation.
