Wearing a face mask? That's even worse, going to meet the teacher like that, they'll wonder what you're up to.
Miles Martin felt a bit frustrated; he had agreed too quickly and forgot about the injuries on his face. Now, he's in a bit of a bind.
Emilia Johnny came out and saw Miles Martin sitting there looking lost. She had never seen this expression on his face before. She always thought nothing could stump Miles Martin, but today, maybe that's not the case.
Emilia asked him, "What's wrong? What are you thinking about? Is there really something that can trouble you?"
Miles Martin looked up at Emilia, pleading for help, "I promised Ethan Herd's class teacher that I'd take him to school today, and meet his class teacher while I'm at it."
Emilia was shocked, "You... you're going to... school?"
She rubbed her ears, wondering if she heard him right. She just wanted him to take a leave, how did he end up going to school?
What exactly happened in that brief moment?
