Joel Russo walked over, looking down at her from above at close range.
Arabella Vanderbilt raised her eyes to look at him, and opened her mouth to eat another bite of apple.
"What's up?"
Joel Russo glanced at her lips, which were shiny and glossy with apple juice, his eyes narrowing ever so slightly.
The sound of the apple crunching came out of her mouth, and the gulping sound was natural and ordinary, but Joel Russo felt damn it, every part of it was cute and alluring.
"Is it good?"
Arabella nodded, "Yes, it's good."
"Do you know today is Christmas?"
Arabella paused in her apple chewing, her starry eyes flickered, and then she nodded.
"I know."
"Then do you know what day yesterday was?"
Arabella paused again, looked down at the apple in her hand, and suddenly felt it was somewhat flavorless.
If today is Christmas, then yesterday...
