The sale in their shop is going smoothly, but suddenly, a famous vlogger appears, and all of the attention is on the vlogger.
"Can I speak with the Manager or the Shop Owner here?"
Nayla Anne introduced herself.
"Hi, I'm Nayla Anne, the owner of this shop. May I help you with something?"
"Hello, I'm Natalie, a content creator from CV."
(It's like YT, a video Surfing site)
She handed her calling card to Nayla.
"I saw the post online that you'll be having the biggest sale, and I would like to ask for a favor, we would like to cover your shop on our vlog if it's okay with you?"
"Sure, I'm okay with it, I'm giving you my permission."
"Thank you so much, we're going to interview you and your staff as well, if it's okay?" Natalie said with the brightest smile, and they couldn't say no to her.
After they set up their filming equipment, Natalie starts her introduction.
"Hi guys! We're back in our sale-hunting adventure, as you can see, there's a huge crowd here inside and outside as well."
Her fans are calling out her name.
"I can't believe that people notice me here, but I'm going to give you a tour and introduce you to the beautiful shop owner."
"Hi, I'm Nayla Anne, the owner of this shop."
"I can't believe a pretty girl like you owns this shop. May I ask how you built this or started selling?"
"Actually, I started at a young age. I think I was 16 years old when I started selling online while studying in high school. It wasn't a huge hit back then, like there was no app for shopping, but I saw an opportunity to sell more or find more customers, but since I was young and prioritizing my schoolwork more, my progress was slow. I remember my first customer, her expression at how she liked the item, and her trust in me. It was extraordinary, and I kept going."
"Wow, at a very young age, you're already a business-minded person."
When Nayla figured out a business, she planned it so well, and she also saved money from her side job while studying.
On the night of their dinner, Nayla just finished cooking for her Auntie's Family, and she will wait for them to finish eating so she can eat their leftovers.
Nayla wants to share her business plan with her Auntie, and even though she's hesitating and nervous, she shares it in the middle of their dinner.
"Auntie.."
"What?! Can't you see that we're eating here?"
Her Aunt replies with a disgusting expression to her.
"I'm sorry to disturb you, but I want to share a business plan with you."
She handed her a paper.
"Are you stupid? We don't have money because of you; your tuition fee is so high."
Her cousins beside her start laughing because for them it's like a joke.
"But I have my scholarship in my school, it's all free."
"What do you mean it's all free?! Your cost of living is too high; that's why your parents' insurance money is all gone. Do you even know that I use my own money now to spend on you? You ungrateful brat."
Her auntie poured the soup onto the paper that Nayla handed to her.
"This is what I think of your business plan: it's wasteful, you should just focus on your studies and pay us back for all the money I spent on you."
"And also, go to your room, I'm losing my appetite because of you."
Nayla isn't even asking for money to start the business; she just wants to share her plans that she'll execute alone, so she can help her aunt with her expenses and debts.
She stood up as she felt ashamed and embarrassed.
Her cousins, on the other hand, burst into laughter when she goes to her room.
"Did you see her face? She's about to cry! hahaha."
"She should've just closed her mouth."
Remembering another bad memory from the past, Nayla can't help but feel uneasy.
"Nayla?"
Natalie asks and taps her because she's not responding.
"Sorry about that, I tend to zone out most of the time."
Nayla laughs nervously.
"Aigoo.. You must have been thinking a lot of things. So what I'm asking is what is your Social Media Account for your shop, so our viewers can visit it."
The Interview went well, Natalie reviewed the items that Nayla is selling. Most of their customers had fun with the raffle that they held, and they're satisfied with the items on sale.
They catered to at least 200 customers, and now have 20 customers left without taking any break since they refused to eat.
As Natalie wraps up shooting their content, Zane Leo unexpectedly shows up in their shop, and most women are stunned because of his looks.
"Welcome to our shop! Is there anything that I can help you with?" Nayla greets him with a smile.
"Ohh.. Hi, I have free time, that's why I pass by."
"Okay, feel free to look around, call me if you need something."
She's about to walk away, but Zane wants to say something.
"Actually.. I need..."
He looks around, finding a reason to talk to her more.
He sees a mic, so he takes it.
"This one, I need this mic, or maybe you can recommend something much better."
While Zane and Nayla are having a conversation, Laurence is looking at them while assisting a customer.
"Ohh, is it for vlogging? That one is top-of-the-line because of the quality; you can't hear the background noise, and you can't hear any air from your voice when you speak."
"Okay, I'll take this one."
Zane handed the mic to Nayla.
"Okay, I'll wrap this up for you since it's your first time shopping here. I'm gonna give you a friend's discount."
"No, you don't have to--"
Nayla pretends not to hear him and goes to the counter to wrap his order.
'For all the trouble I put you through, I should at least give you a discount.'
Natalie is packing up her things, but she notices a familiar face.
"Zane? Is that you?"
"Are you talking to me?"
Zane is pointing to himself.
"Yes! It's you! It's been a while."
"I'm sorry, but I don't remember you that much."
"You're always with the band Z.U, right? I was a huge fan of them, my bias was Blaze, but sadly, they went on Hiatus."
"I was with them, but I'm currently busy with my business."
Nayla handed Zane's order, and he paid her without getting his change.
"Keep the change, I have to go now."
Zane rushed out while Nayla and Natalie still had to say something.
"This is a huge change."
"I'm about to ask him if he's still close with them..."
They both sigh..
Natalie asks Nayla if she knows him.
"Where did you meet him?"
"On his PUB, Luna and I went there recently."
'With embarrassing interactions, like accidentally bumping into him and puking on his shoes, sleeping on his apartment, unconsciously.'
"Ohh.. I'm gonna go there next time, can you please send me the address?"
Natalie asks with puppy eyes.
"Okay, I'll send it to you with the contact number you sent to me, but it's near here, honestly."
"Thank you so much! He's the reason why I stayed tuned and went to the U.Z events, I mean, it was for Blaze at first, but when I saw him... I fell in love right away."
"Ohh.. is Zane also one of the members of the band?"
"No, but he's the songwriter and close with them. I always see him in their vlogs and sometimes on their shows."
"Are they still active?"
"No, I don't know what happened, but they suddenly announced their hiatus, and I was so sad at that time, and I almost cried. But now, I can't believe I met him again! In Person! Maybe this is meant to be!"
