Sophie Sullivan stomped hard on his foot, the slender high heel pressing down with a small area of force, and the pressure was definitely intense!
Thomas Shannon groaned in pain, his grip loosening slightly, and Sophie took the opportunity to break free from his constraints, quickly running outside.
Behind her, the man scoffed.
Sophie couldn't be bothered to acknowledge him; all she wanted was to escape from here. Being alone with him made her feel suffocated.
She didn't like it, so she was eager to get away.
As her hand touched the door handle, a hand reached out from behind, covering the back of her hand, and in one second, her hand was pulled away from the handle.
Her body was also pressed against the door by the man, unable to move.
Sophie struggled to turn her head, glaring at him, "Thomas Shannon, you're shameless!"
"Do you always call me by my name?"
"..."
Thomas Shannon seemed puzzled, wondering why she wouldn't call him husband, given they were a couple.
