In the carriage, Aldana felt the effects of the alcohol as the car jolted, leaving her a bit tipsy and sleepy. She curled up in the back seat like a little kitten, her hair falling down and covering her flushed little face.
Eric turned around from the front and instructed Ellen, "Cover her with my coat, so she doesn't catch a cold."
Ellen gently responded, took Eric's coat, and covered Aldana with it.
Eric was tall; his trench coat draped over Aldana's petite body like a blanket. He couldn't help but turn his head to look at her, the dim light casting a soft and gentle glow over her sleeping form.

The weather was quite sunny. Aldana, leaning on a crutch, took Gogo to the nearby farmer's market to buy groceries.
With Gogo's summer vacation nearing its end and her soon returning to elementary school in Tung City, Aldana made the most of her time with Gogo, even bringing her along for grocery shopping.
