"Cold...so cold..."
In her unconscious state, Molly Wellington instinctively moved closer to the warm presence nearby.
She didn't know where she was; her eyes couldn't open, her body felt stiff and sore. She only remembered falling into the swimming pool and the terror deep inside her heart magnifying rapidly.
The fear, just like when she was a child, plunged her into unconsciousness, a state of trembling fright.
But afterward, a warm glow enveloped her.
That glow seemed to have a magical power, driving away all the coldness in her heart, gradually warming her body that had sunk into icy chill.
However, just when she finally felt warmth, peacefully calm under the embrace of that glow...now she suddenly felt like she had plunged into an ice cellar, a chill seeping outward from her bones.
"Cold...um..."
In her unconscious state, Molly Wellington murmured incoherently, while her body instinctively burrowed into Abraham Redington's embrace.
