"How have you been?" Kenneth Brown asked.
"Pretty good," Sienna Johnson replied perfunctorily.
"But how did you get so thin?" Kenneth looked unconvinced by Sienna's words.
"The morning sickness was too severe, I couldn't eat, so I lost weight." Sienna brushed it off, not wanting to discuss the topic.
Feelings are like drinking water; only you know if it's hot or cold. Outsiders can hardly see it.
Anyway, she felt happy being with Adrian Desmond.
The test was quick, it ended in about half an hour. Adrian walked out, pressing a cotton swab on the needle mark on his arm.
Sienna hurried to stand up and went over, "How is it?"
"My blood was already low, and now they've drawn several more tubes!" Adrian complained.
"I'll go home and make you some blood-nourishing soup!"
Reggie Dewey also came out. Sienna asked, "How is it?"
"We've collected the blood samples. We still need to conduct sample analysis. The results should be out by tonight," Reggie said.
