Silence. It has never been so quiet to Zarracen. Ever since she first started to learn how to harness her Videle. Her senses have always been heightened—from her ability to sense videle to her exteroception. Now, she can hear nothing. She can hear the wind rustle from outside her window but she could not hear the training in the courtyard.
She could hear water dripping in the bathroom but not Isabella's heartbeat. And that felt like a worse punishment than her loss of videle. The knight knows her station everything she was is gone now. With no way of her getting it back.
