Isla has never heard Adam describe someone like he just did with Cassie, not even his step mother who he has a lust-hate relationship.
"It can't be that bad," Isla says, chuckling. After all, from how Adam is describing Cassie, she might be a literal demoness who wants to burn the whole world and watch it with a devious smile on her face.
"Oh, it is. Let me tell you something about her. That girl wears an almost perfect mask to fool everyone around her. But her real self is an extremely manipulative one.
To her, everything is a form of entertainment. She gets off of people's misery.
Do you know she is dating this poor fellow who is clearly head over heels for her, but she is forcing him to keep it a secret, and on the side, she is still fucking other men because she gets off on cheating on him.
And from what I can guess, she is clearly planning to have him walk in on her fucking some other guy and break his heart.
