Chapter 634 - Chapter 634: Id

"Why. Won't. You. DIE!!?" The many voices from the crown echo outward as he was met with more strays from the other kingdoms, forced to shift his blade across and leave Applin stranded in the crevices as he bats away the creation of another Xibal, quickly charging ahead and landing a heavy blow across Wyvios' chest, a staggering strike left by everyone who was still able to feel the Straw Magic. Solomon looked onward as he saw such chaos, already knowing that the longer this form remained, the more the world will be destroyed by his reckless swings. He watched as Zazel would focus his efforts in saving Applin, as the many hands tried to reach out and stop him. He watched as he saw Stolas and Koina try to get as much distance as possible in order to plan properly and set up a counter-attack, only being stopped by the staggering heat and drenched blood that began to both burn and poison the two, having their own methods to cleanse themselves, forced to bide time that they do not have. He wouldn't dare to think on bringing the Descendants back, not in this state of the environment at least. His mind wracked on what to do, looking down and noticing that such light that was left, such shines in the chaos that act as an extended reach, would leave behind a shadow for Strength.

An idea was already forming in his head, quickly allowing Shady to come out, yawning and stretching. "You really gotta disturb my beauty sleep Solo-H MY GOD, WHAT'S HAPPENING!?!!?" The Shadow screeched, stunted as he saw the land go to hell. He panicked almost instantly, flailing around as he sweep across the Tarot's body, a perfect view of what's going on, before Solomon pulls him back.

"Let's NOT be overdramatic here, please? Listen, I need you to reach down onto the ground and tether yourself onto Strength here. Then, we use Superego." Solomon asked, much to Shady's confusion.

"WHAT!? Sol, buddy, pal, lil' ol' son of mine, slight question: HOW IS THAT GOING TO HELP!?"

"With the size of this thing and the mass of lights, I could set up a big enough shadow to let you take form and materialize as." Shady was still lost, even after the Biblical Sorcerer explained, causing the latter to groan. "Do you remember when we were playing Polo against my parents?"

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! ...Wait, that would require a large light source. How would that even-"

"I got it. Now go! Hurry!!" His worries were the Shadow's spark as he began to race down, whilst Strength began to move itself back up. Such darkness cascaded over the massive crevice, allowing Applin to be taken away by Eustace and recover properly, coughing up lots of blood and slowly healing herself. Eustace himself, meanwhile, had his own version of a plan, one that would try to utilize his blade, still holding Wyvios' DNA Stored and ready to be utilized. The problem, however, lies in that pesky Straw Magic. With that at play, he'd be unable to land a proper hit without accidentally harming his friends as well. With the ongoing chaos of the Circle and its many landmarks at play, watching will-o-wisps fly through the sky to barrage and burn into him, whilst another Kingdom far off in the distance unleashed multiple monsters to attack, ones with a lions body and a human head, there was also no opening at ground level that he could reasonably exploit. He'd grip his blade in his palm, hating himself for not knowing what to do next, until the shadow began to rise, taking a similar form towards Strength, two twin colossal units willing to wage war on the very Devil himself.

Solomon would issue a signal, allowing the Shadow to move ahead and guide Strength, with a temple-like arm raised and ready to throw it across the Morningstar, forced to be blocked by both blades as their strike rings true. It was like a punch to the heart with how strong it impacted, watching as the Shadow Strength still bore that pesky demon's face. He'd watch and be clobbered as the two began to move in sync, huddling such arms in their 'body' to close the gap and minimize shape, just so they can land a left uppercut, followed by a right uppercut, then a left, then a right. It was a continuous pattern that not only flowed smoothly, but also landed serious dents at the crown. Alas, such would be all for naught as Wyvios was just as quick to find an answer, lowering such a crown and acting as a laser that'd blast down Strength, burning off and removing one of its arms before functioning properly again. A quick slash from the third blade was more than enough to dismantle the Tarot even further, whittling it down and slowly having it collapse as debris for those below. "Is that all you GOT!?" His confidence was sickening, his shout echoing across the remnants of the center. Despite this, Solomon kept pushing, an idea already growing in his mind, quickly having the shadow stretch a bit and take the full blow instead, warping the stump around, shaping it to blades in order to keep up the pressure. Another fireball was coming down on the group, one in which Wyvios takes full advantage of by shifting his body around and catching it with the massive blade, letting his first two cross with it.

All three began to ignite under such touch, a trifecta that came down like guillotines, each one being heavier than the next, aiming to cleave and cook the child under the slash, aiming to take his life. As it came down, however...

BONK!!!

"THAT! WAS FOR SCARING MY MOMMY!!!!" Another shout, another hammer, even as she was bloodied and beaten, another kneel forced down and missing the shot altogether, forced to adapt and aim it instead towards the rebellion below, with Stolas quickly using Draco to fly around the massive arcs of fire. Not all were dodgeable, however, as one closed in at a perfect angle, slashing the constellation in half, ready to engulf the two away. Koina was grabbed from the shadow that cascaded, an appendage by the Shadow Strength in order to provide coverage.

Her life was spared, yet in that instance, Eustace would take the blow instead, burning away as he was split in two. His blade was quickly lowered, allowing the Assassin to take it, a silent message to keep going, to keep pushing. Koina, regrettably, took the blade, watching onward as the Knight of Shadows burn out, alongside half of the circle, a severe damage to Orochi's heads, as two of its many coliseums were taken with him. Another arc was heading for another kingdom, severing off the Xibal effigy's leg, as well as carving out a quarter of Calibren. The same fate was about to befall upon Stoken, yet before it could make it halfway, one stepped in and took the blow directly, slashing at the fire and forcing it to split away into mere embers.

Zazel was not going to let another soul die on him.
